Asked management if I could change to a standard room with double bed instead of standard king bed (pricing was the same) to which she said I would need to call through booking to change and to do quickly because they only had a few rooms with double beds left, I called booking within 5 minutes and she told them they had no rooms available to switch us, basically either lied to me in my face or lied to the booking rep. She was rude.

food was ok. the staff at the desk when we checked in and the night staff at the desk were very helpful
the beddings were not clean, pillowcase and towel has stains. the soap was empty when we checked in, conditioner was almost empty too. ask for it to be refilled and it took the next day for it to be done.

Good location
Asked for 2 beds. They first put us in a king handicap room, then they put us in a two bed handicap room. Try to take a shower in the bathroom and the water all went to the middle of the bathroom and I had to use all the towels to get all the water up. I need both hands to wash my LONG hair, but the shower expels water at a 90° angle unless you’re holding it. After the shower, I asked the front desk WHY did you insist on the handicap room, and voiced my frustration over trying to take a shower. Then he offers to move us to a regular room. Why wasn’t that the option given in the first place? He said, “I thought you needed it”. WE WALKED InTO HOTEL W/ NO PROBLEMS, WHY would you assume we NEEDED it. At the point he offered a regular room, we were already unpacked, in pjs and ready to go to sleep.

the size of the king suite was perfect for my husband, me, and our baby’s pack-n-play. the cost was worth what we got.
The hotel is behind other businesses on the feeder road, so at night when we checked in, it was hard to see where to turn in. we missed our turn and had to turn around.
I thought the bed was a little lumpy/not the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve slept on; I tossed and turned all night.

The breakfast was good
The initial room I reserved did not have a working air conditioner, which I noticed about an hour after checking in. They did offer me a different room, but with that, my son ended up having to sleep on a pull out sofa(I had a double queen reserved at first) which he said was uncomfortable. They did not have any linens in the room for him. My wife called and they said she could come down stairs and grab them if we wanted them. I feel like a good hotel would have ran the linens up to the room due to the inconvenience and not making sure the room was ready to accommodate the persons sleeping on a pull out couch. They offered her some sheets and a pillow with no pillow case. I don't know about you but I don't sleep on a pillow that's not mine without a case and I do not sleep with only sheets in my bed. We eventually got a comforter for him but I feel like this is completely sub standard service for paying close to $500 for 2 nights at this hotel. I will not be staying there again in the future.

bathroom needs ventilation fan, as a result mold was growing around air conditioning vent and wall paper.

The a/c in our room was very loud when the compressor would come on (about every 15 min.) It did wake us up several times. We did not report it to staff.
