The fact that parking is 10$/day was not made clear until check-out. It is true that if you looked deep in the reservation details, it was there. I still think they could do a better job of reminding you of it from the beginning.

I stayed here 2 different stays in one week as we were visiting family in TX. Nice property, clean, nice pool and splash pad! Very kind staff and the woman bartender was awesome in the hotel bar. 10/10

It was a fantastic stay! The room was clean and spacious, great customer service (I interacted more with Daniel at the front and he was friendly and had exceptional customer service skills), loved that there was a splash pad for the kids and the breakfast was very good!

The only complaint I would give would be the temp in the hallways on the 2nd floor and they need a stairmaster in the workout area.

The breakfast was good. There was a good variety of breakfast items. We had to leave early (around 5 am) on the last day of our trip to catch our flight. The lady at the desk had already made coffee and offered us some to go. This is a great example of the service we received. All staff we encountered were accommodating.

The rooms are very spacious, very clean and well equipped. Location is fabulous for shopping and dining.

They charge $10 per night to park. They room is small and the layout is very odd. Very thin walls. Can hear cars driving by at all times. Sliding bathroom doors. Weirdest TV position ever. Pool wasn’t open.

The staff were VERY memorable. Can't remember the last time I met a hotel staff that I'd be happy to see again. Everyone seemed happy to be there even during the holiday. Late Check-Out was more than gracious. I think I tip-toed out the backdoor around 2pm. Maybe it was the Christmas Spirit, or maybe they're just very accommodating. I like it though.

The SmartTV was dated(only Netflix and YouTubeTV available). But I don't come to hotels for the TV I come for what's around them, but it was a little disappointing for the one time I used it. They didn't have any of the little travel friendly toiletries you can steal/take with you in the room. Petty, I know, but I'm so used to being able to score some free lotion/shampoo/etc for my next flight out. I think it's because they had a soap dispenser in the shower.

The staff was exceptionally professional, friendly and kind. The location was great! The design and layout of the room was well thought out. Loved the shower split bathroom design! Very nice shower and separate powder room was delightful. Comfortable beds and very clean. Hotel bar was a bonus too!

As to be expected with any establishment that is located off the freeway or feeder lanes there will always be road noise. It did not bother me but may be a bit loud for some.

No hair dryer in room. Got one at the desk and it caught fire when employed. Was not informed that there would be no housekeeping service in my room. Had to go to desk to get towels.

I loved the size of the room (2 queens, sofa bed). I loved the pool with the splash pad for the kids with the free pool noodles.

Don’t really have any constructive feedback. Maybe daily housekeeping but that’s hard to maintain at the price point.

I like that it had a splash pad for the kids in addition to the swimming pool. The facility was clean and the staff very friendly and accommodating.

I was so glad to be able to enjoy a nice hot breakfast before I went back home. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Will definitely stay there next time.

Room smelled moldy and found that the AC unit was leaking water in the carpet which was causing the wet mildey smell. Pull out mattress was full of stains and very disgusting for our kids to sleep on. Not enough pillows or blankets for a family of 4. No room cleaning service throughout stay or offer of clean towels or more coffee. Very disappointed.
