Very nice place with a variety of different activities even though we weren’t there long to enjoy them.

There were a very loud group in the parking lot below our bedroom windows that kept us awake until after 2:00 a.m. I tried to call service desk to complain but got no answer. I texted the contact email I had on the account and did not have a reply until in the morning about 7. I felt like I had no one to contact at the time I needed.

We enjoyed the full kitchen, and separate rooms. The game room was a big hit for our kids. It was really peaceful.

The staff was awful. My wife left to to run an errand, and forgot the key card to get back in. When she returned she realized she didn't have the key. She went and knocked on the registration door to get let in the gate. No one came to the door. I called to the front to have someone open the gate for her, and no one came. She had to walk back to the cabin. Which was a very long walk. They staff acted very bothered by the fact I even asked them to let her in. The room was not the cleanest, and it was a little damp feeling. I don't know if we will be back.

The location was spectacular being that close to the lake.

Breakfast not being included in the price. I asked for champagne and strawberries because it was our wedding night nothing was provided not even a congratulatory note at least. I was not provided with an earlier check in time so I feel like hours were wasted to enjoy the hotel as we got to the room later than the 4pm check in time due to preparing for the wedding. I would not book here again

All of the staff was extremely nice. This suite is very spacious and provides pretty much everything you need.

We were by the lake and the entrance to our room was covered in bugs. We purchased a broom to knock them down and bug spray to kill them, in order to lessen the amount that got on us as we entered/exited the room.

been coming for years. although y’all added a couple new things, overall was the same.

Beautiful location

There was a thunderstorm on the property- trees down and power was out n a portion of the property- completely dark and very hot in our unit- went in to the office to ask for another room in the area that was working- they refused and said it was completely full- it was not - They made several ridiculous excuses and refused to refund the room charge- it was 8-10 hours before the power was back on- I was completely shocked at there lack of safety concerns or willingness to help us- it was absolutely unacceptable and frankly dangerous- I might add I ask the house keepers and they confirmed there were many rooms ready and available we could have been moved into- It's sad that a so called family location is so dishonest and not concerned with your safety or comfort- very disappointed ☹️
