The bed was comfortable but very small so that took away some of the "comfort"

The fact that breakfast was not included cost us more time in our travel schedule. paying for individual breakfast items did not make that experience palatable.

We booked this as a last- minute weather layover going to the airport, as we are driving to fargo from jamestown for a 4 am flight arrival. The booking process was super easy, the staff was super friendly, the rooms were SO CUTE AND CLEAN, and over all, the hotel was just fantastic. I told my husband that we will be staying here for all flights out of Fargo from this point forward. We didn't have the breakfast because we left at 330 am, but I can only imagine it's up to par with the rest of the hotel.

Honestly, nothing!

The hotel shuttle driver was able to pick me up at the Fargo airport late at night (after 11:00 pm). I really appreciated that after a day of weather delays causing missed connections and a delayed arrival in Fargo.

love the spacious rooms - wish all hotels could have such large rooms and bathrooms. We love the ability to cook our own food, especially since they don't provide a free breakfast

Small item - you can't cook over the stove in the room until you set the timer. And the timer was broken. Hence, we couldn't cook our meals as planned.

Staff were excellent, customer service skills were top notch. Please extend my appreciation for their helpfulness was much appreciated after a long international flight.

there was a noise eminating from the roof kept me awake but not sure if staff could have fixed it.

the smell when we entered the room was either of a very strong cleaner or air freshener - quite overpowering. Not the hotels fault but we could smell cigarette smoke in our bathroom (coming through the vent maybe?) and the water pressure in the shower was very bad - maybe replace the shower heads
