Rude staff. Would not accept my MasterCard because it is a PayPal branded card. It’s not a debit card and has a credit limit like any MC. The rude employee refused to even try it and said their computers wouldn’t accept it.

Room was not ready upon arrival at 4:30 pm. I requested an early check-in online when I made my reservation and when I arrived at the hotel around 11:30 am. The hotel staff informed me that may not be possible but they would text me if a room became available early. By 2 pm, I had not heard from the staff so I went to my appointment. I returned to the hotel at 4:30 pm. Upon my arrival, I was informed my room was not available. While I understood I could not get an early check-in, I was not prepared to have a late check-in, especially since the normal check-in time was 3pm. The staff apologized and gave me a free movie and snacks, I was disappointed. Knowing I wanted an early check-in I would have expected the staff to at least try and ensure my room was ready by the normal check-in time of 3pm. Instead, I was left with the impression my needs were completely disregarded because I had to wait for my room, which still was not available by 4:30 pm. A free movie is not adequate customer service recovery. I would have hoped for some type of discount on the room itself. At the time, I was too tired to complain and argue with the staff. Its a shame, the hotel room was nice. I will not be returning based on your organizations failed attempt to provide customer service recovery.

Rooms are well stocked with extras. The space has lots of easy storage for luggage and other bags.

We sought out a hotel with an indoor pool and hot tub. The chemicals in the hot tub were not accurate. The water looked murky, and the chlorine level was high enough to damage my silver ring. Also, very disappointed with the lack of cleanliness throughout the common areas.

The room we had was big enough for my family of 5. We had everything we could possibly need and if we didn’t, the staff would happily help out with our needs. The indoor pool, hot tub, and fitness center helped our family get out some energy.

My only complaint was the shower head…... sounds knit picky but there were only 3 settings on the shower head and they were tough to adjust to. Really, a tiny little thing that I would change.

We loved the location but unfortunately they checked us into a dirty room. When I let them know our room was dirty their first response was “we do not have another room for you.” No apology, no offer of any sort of assistance. When we got down to the office the only assistance they offered was transferring us to their sister property which was a pretty big down grade.
