Breakfast was just ok nothing great. Pretty much just ok for everything. Bathroom had a fan which for some strange reason isn't normal for a hotel but it was a plus for me. For $200/night I expected more. $125 would've made it a good deal.

For what it cost per night it wasn't worth it. Was just ok, nothing exceptional

The man who checked us in on Feb 4th at 11:30p was horribly rude. I would have found somewhere else if we weren't so tired. He was rude to the elderly gentleman in front of us as well.

Mattress was absolutely horrible. Room was very uncomfortable. Paid a higher price for comfort and didn't get it.

Breakfast was fair not great, No 2% milk, bananas,or apples on 3rd morning

Charge xtra room taxes that I wasn't expecting. Other than that it was very good.

The breakfast is always enjoyable here. The staff is always friendly.

The room we stayed in had a very dirty and stained carpet. Also, the room smelled like pool water. I'm not sure if the people before us had been to the pool or potentially just a lingering bad smell.

I did not like that you have to pay for wifi when it should be included for the price that you pay. I have never heard of something like that and I travel a lot, if I did come back to that part of Florida I would not stay there again. So disappointed with that part of the service.

The breakfast was poor, and location was ok. There were stores close to area.

The room was suppose to be smoke free, as soon as we entered room there was a strong cigarette smell, also the rug and chairs were filthy and stained, there was hair on the shower stall. I expected something better from Hilton. They need to remodel rooms.

for the amount of money that I paid I should have had a refrigerator and microwave oven. I’m a diabetic and I needed to keep my insulin in the refrigerator. please improve on that. thank you
