Room could be a little cleaner.

Beds were comfortable

Property was quite run down - motorized blinds in the room were broken, so we were unable to open them unless we rolled them up and used yoga mats to prop them up. We told the staff about this problem twice. The property itself was quite dirty - welcome mats in lobby. Parking lot and sidewalks were disgusting and need to be pressure washed - looks like somebody went #2 right by front door. Landscaping around the parking lot was not care for - dead and unsightly. Staff at the front seemed to be new and untrained or in training. Wish we had picked a different place - it was depressing.

We liked the location of the hotel.

My daughter was bitten by bed bugs and has bites all over her body.

Everything was fine, except we were in a rush to check out, and I accepted the receipt for my stay without checking it. The price on the receipt was a bit higher than my Booking.com paperwork. Not a lot, but it wasn't consistent. I am NOT happy about that!

Included Breakfast, nice location right next to some grocery stores like Walmart. Some nice Restaurants nearby, very calm neighborhood. Our Room was big and clean.

Room was very nice, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was also very good. Location was kind of different.

Extra charge to park vehicle. Felt like an upcharge. Most people who use a motel arrive by personal car. Why not raise rate by $10? It felt like something a mom & pop motel would do, not Hilton. $10 a day parking made me feel taken advantage of. Boo.
