Desk help was helpful, especially the Af-Am fellow. Hotel is situated in a spot that almost feels rural. A fee steps out a door takes you to the Wolf Creek trail which is cool and safe. Nice views along the wolf river.

Two guys at the front desk upon check in were great.

The walls are so thin the people next door actually sounded like they were in our room. Or maybe they were just that loud. The second time I called the front desk the clerk found small children unattended. Then the clerk just left the room with the kids inside! I'm talking little kids maybe 2 to 4 years old. When the parents got back the party really started. It was almost midnight before they got quiet. Called front desk four times. They would only knock and tell the people there was a noise complaint. After the clerk left they would laugh and shout obscenities. All in all I've stayed at nicer hotels for less money.

gentleman working the front desk when we checked in was very friendly, and offered us complimentary drinks, which he was about the only friendly person I experienced in this city. the beds were wonderfully comfortable, I slept in because the shades kept out all the light I didn’t realize how late in the morning it was.

The location was accommodating to the area I needed to be in. Area around hotel was quiet.

Horrible customer service. Secret and fraudulent charges to my bank account. Stayed 6.10.22 - 6.12.22. Only me. Left room practically as I found it. Taking medication prior to leaving, I opened a can Diet Coke to take meds. A small amount spilled on nightstand. I used a hand towel to clean up. Checking bank transactions following day and saw a separate 15.00 charge from room charge. I called hotel to inquire. Rick, owner/manager states, I damaged a towel. I say I did no such thing and I was going to report them for fraudulent charges. Next day, I received an email from Booking.com telling me to contact hotel because I owed them 150.00 for a damaged towel. I used the hand towel to cleaned up the small spill because it was the right thing to do. I paid 428.00 for 2 nights at this 2 star hotel. For them to fraudulently accuse me of damage to take additional money and attempt to take more money from me through booking.com is wrong and extremely bad business practices. Not to mention my toiletry bag accidentally dropped as I was leaving. I called back and asked the same Rick if I can pay them to send it to me. He described my bag as being black before I even described it to him. I confirmed. He said they could FedEx it to me. I was ready to pay FedEx cost over phone to have it sent to me when he asks me to hold. He comes back and says we didn't find it. How did they not find it when he told me it was black before I even described it to him? Again, more bad customer service and business practices. Very disappointing. Beware. If you still decide to stay here, check your bank statement after your stay. I paid for this lesson. The pictures they show are much different. The hotel was clean but very old, dark, dingy, and had a stale smell.
