This hotel is in a great area. I went to several stores in the area and the customer service was outstanding in the stores and in the hotel.

Someone car got broken in at the hotel, television was faced towards living room not bedroom, bathroom extremely small, headboard dirty, bathroom shower rusty stains. Only thing nice was the spacious lounge area.

As always, we love the area, the quiet location of the hotel, the cleanliness of the hotel and our room and the kindness of the staff!!

Well, we had to change rooms. The original room we were booked for smelled like feet! Yes, I said FEET!! So, we went back to the front desk and requested another room. This was the first time we've ever had that to happen!!

Early check in

I stay at the Hyatt every where I go. I wanted a room with a tub but when picking room I was not advise it was a handicap room. The room just wasn't cozy like all the other rooms I've had at the Hyatt. The room just didn't flow well like I'm use to but again this was a handicap room.

Breakfast was very good, clean room, comfortable bed

I think that the value was the best of any hotel that I have stayed at. Very low price for a big, clean and comfortable room with a nicer than average breakfast included in the room price.
