Overall, a great stay

It was a pleasant stay with friendly staff. It's fairly clean and they put out a nice breakfast daily. My only real issue was the room type that I booked as it's false advertising. I booked the "High Floor" room, but this hotel only has four floors. Save your money and just request a third or fourth floor room when making your reservation.

This is our go to place to stay when we come for the marketplace. Plenty of room for my pups and is in great proximity to many dining and shopping spaces.

Very nice property in great condition. We really enjoyed the size of the room with a sofa AND desk! Staff was very helpful and friendly. Would recommend!

Room was never serviced by housekeeping durring our 3 day stay. Bed was never made
We had to go to the front desk for fresh towels, coffee supplies were not replenished, cups and glasses not cleaned or replaced.
We wont stay at Hyatt again.

Kitchen was down for renovation, we couldn’t order any food. Our room phone didn’t work and house keeping said they would call maintenance and they never showed up to swap it out for a different one.

The area was nice and quiet and I Liked the free parking but one room I the beds were not made and the room had not been cleaned also we tried 2 different sets of keys and still couldn’t get into the room finally we were moved to a different room

Upon arrival, the clerks at check-in were great! The hotel was clean and the room was very comfortable. The breakfast was hot, fresh and well stocked.

The shower area was not properly covered resulting water splashed to outside ( overflowing too). I have photos if needed. My 8 old slippered and hurt toe. He literally escaped in hard hitting. This is not even I selected ( I selected 1st floor. I informed customer desk they even did not care. This is one of the poor service and poor safety inside the bathroom.

We definitely enjoyed the stay. The breakfast was not up to those we have had at other HP locations, but it hit the spot. Location was very good as we were in the center of the action. The parking, however, was a bit misleading on the website. We expected free parking but would up paying almost $40 to park overnight. Would consider a future stay.

The room was very clean and spacious. The air conditioner wasn't working great, so it wouldn't get below 73° the entire time we were there. Despite that little issue, the service was good and the front desk very helpful. My family will definitely stay here again when we're in the area.

So, I had an issue but the staff quickly fixed this and the GM and front desk were very nice in taking care of us. The room was pretty dirty. We saw handprints, pubic hair, and stains. We were in a rush checking in. So went to the baseball game and came back at 11pm. Room was still dirty after telling them. They offered another room but would not work for my family so we cleaned the room from top to bottom. After cleaning the room guess what? They had no towels. I was like wow but still remained calm because I knew they would take care of us. The staff is very attentive. We still enjoyed the stay. The location is safe and convenient. Thanks for taking care of our family. I would still recommend this hotel.

Nothing unique, My husband and I were into a room that had the couch roll away bed layer out and it was nasty. I requested another room and moved across the hall. Was not very clean either! We left after one night!

All was good from checkin, which was quick and easy, to checkout. Hotel was in a nice area so it was quiet when we wanted to just sit outside and relax with ling list friends. Security of the property was outstanding, they alerted us that there were thefts of certain vehicles, which i owned, in the area and he watched them specifically. Only downfall was for an actual bar. But the 2 young ladies that made drinks for us made up for that. Thank you and keep up the good work!!!

Nice hotel but we had to wait on a room because no rooms were clean at time of check in. Other guest had to wait to. We waited 30 minutes after check in for the room.

The surfaces in the room were dusty. Wish we had had another blanket in the room. Very thin linens. Breakfast area smelled like body odor.
