The location of this hotel was perfect for what we wanted. It's between Charleston and any of the 3 beaches. I had to check in a day early and they were more than accommodating.

The bathroom is very small.

They give me discount because i came in very late.

That when i looked at my account the discount that they gave me was charged double🙈maybe they still going to refund me back.

Staff was nice.

My husband & I were attacked by a pit bull in the hotel lobby after coming off the elevator. My hand was bitten but did not break skin. My husband’s shirt was torn in two places. We are ok. We filed an incident report with the facility. We contacted the police to be sure the dog had rabies shots. It did. I asked to be compensated because we paid for the rooms & this was unacceptable. The manager, CK, said he needed to talk with corporate & he would get back to me Monday. I am writing this on Saturday. I have made multiple phone calls & he is unavailable. Nothing has been done!

Exceptionally friendly staff, very clean, breakfast buffet was very good, enough choices for everyone and good coffee. I had one issue that turned out to be my own user error. The pillows on the beds are square and hard like a bag of concrete until .... you unfold the pillow and shake it out into the pillowcase. Took me two nights to figure that out! Nice clean pool, great location for getting to everything easily.

The hotel refused to acknowledge that I'd already paid for 2 nights via booking.com, despite me showing the desk clerk the charges on my bank app on my phone. The lady at the desk was extremely rude to me as well as the booking.com customer service agent I spoke with who called her. After working all day and then driving 4 hours, I no longer had the patience to argue with her so I paid. But then she said the system timed out and didn't charge my debit card, but I could see that on my account too. But she swore up and down that I STILL hadn't paid, so I ended up using my credit card just so I could have a place to sleep. Now I've paid for the first night of my stay 3 times!!! I will never use booking again or stay at a Sleep Inn again. And now I'm going to have to use who knows how much of my precious time to dispute the additional charges. Never again.

hotel was under renovation; not especially clean; washer and dryer didn’t work although the helpful staff then let us use their dryer.

property is being renovated. breakfast staff was late every morning. pool and other amenities were closed. in five days never saw housekeepers.

I didn’t care for it at all it smelled. The 1st room we were put in the door would not lock. It was broken.

Loved the bed and pillows! Very clean and modern. The breakfast is muffins, cereals, and bagels. Delicious bagels. Get there early for the goods! Loved the shower stall in our room, was thinking I would love that design at home. We took our little maltipoo and she loved the hotel as well.

Terrific location near Mt. Pleasant Waterfront Park & Pier…….also, Ravenel Bridge. Renovations in progress.

The rates per night weren't super high.

When we got there we noticed that there were people with their windows open smoking. There was so much stuff in their room it looked like they lived there and part of the reason I booked this stay was because they don't rent to people who live within a 50 mile radius. When I walked in the building there was a musty smell like mold or cigarette smoke. When I got to the room it smelled fine but there was hair in the shower. It looked like they did the bare minimum of cleaning. Our stay included breakfast but when we went down there most of the stuff was out of date and tasted awful. I didn't have the money to cancel it and find somewhere new so we stayed and made the best of it, but I will never book there Again.

The staff were very friendly. The bed was great, loved the shower.

The waffle machine was not refilled after the first hour. When we got there for breakfast there an hour after it started there was no batter for waffles and no juice.

The bed and bedroom area were very comfortable. The location is amazing for Charleston, right in the middle of everything.

The staff were not the nicest, the breakfast wasn’t great and the room had weirdly small bathroom with missing light switch plates.
