Super und ruhige Lage. In näherer Umgebung einige Restaurants und Shops. Nach Down Town nur ca. 10 Min und nach Boone Hall auch nur etwa 20Min. Das Frühstück war ganz passabel mit frischem Obst.

Dusche in der Badewanne hätte mal ein touch up nötig.

The gentleman at the front desk was great! He was very friendly and suggested a restaurant my husband and myself will return to Mt. Pleasant just to have a meal. We stayed here before taking a cruise. Beautiful place to visit.

I cannot come up with 2 sentences for what I liked about this facility. They served good grits and it was a convenient location.

Very uncomfortable for 2 days. Upon arrival, parking lot has poor lighting. I knew pulling in I would not sleep well but it was late and hubby will sleep anywhere. I also didn't want to lose all the money I paid. It was ridiculously expensive for the gross accommodations. You definitely are not getting good value for the money. Old, musty, damp, everything is outdated, linens were not fresh and even the "fresh" ones were stained, carpet and furnishings old and they have roaches aka palmetto bugs aka big azz roaches. It was damp in the lobby and there a was a guest complaining about seeing a roach. She was a foreigner and they were trying to explain it away - roaches (palmetto bugs) and dampness due to recent storms. Nobody wants to hear that!! Palmetto bugs might sound good for the locals but it's a roach, a huge roach. This place needs a reno, at least update the bedding. The sofa was so stained I didn't really want to put my belongings on it and I didn't sit on it. It was all just gross. You're paying for the location - Patriots Point, but you can go out a few miles further west and get much better deals. You'll still be in close proximity to what you need and traffic is minimal. I do not trust Booking.com reviews. Visit Google and other sites for the real deal on reviews. This is a bad look for the Comfort Suites brand.

The entire hotel smelled very musty. Our room was musty and had a strong odor of must and dampness.

The location was good. We could either drive to get downtown or take the water taxi, which was very convenient. We were pleased overall. Sarah at the front desk was super nice and provided excellent customer service.

The bathroom was small, but nothing can be done about this. Maybe something to consider next time when the hotel gets renovated.

I want to give special Thank You to the Lady Manager?(owner)? there. My Aunt made reservations the night before our arrival on the 7/20/23. When she arrived I reminded her she already had a room with me. The man at the desk said she would've had to cancel within 72 hours. In order to be refunded. How could she when the reservation had just made less that 14 hours ago. Well she asked for the Manager a VERY VERY Professional woman spoke with my aunt regarding her concern and worked it out ver professionally. The manager made it VERY obvious to see treats every guest with the same care and concern. Our Family enjoyed the hotel gathering room as well. OUR FAMILY REUNION PLANNERS PICKED A GREAT PLACE. 🌟

The only concern I didn't like was out of hotels control. They assisted us with that as well.

The heavy curtains don't close and we would have liked more privacy especially being on the 1st floor.
