The Room was beautiful! It was nice and clean, and the beds were comfortable. Housekeeping service was wonderful and our room looked brand new everyday.

Lots of construction going on, I can understand that, but to have no restaurants at all was very disappointing. We had to travel to get a good meal. In addition, we were disappointed that the days we came, there was no Bingo, which we like to play. I don't understand why the casino doesn't have it every day. I did not understand having to pay extra for a refrigerator in the room. In my whole life, no hotel ever charged extra for a mini-refrigerator.

Hardly no parking

Great staff, smooth check in.

When you get there to check in there will be practically no where to park because of the casino unless you have vallett parking.

Outdated furniture, flat pillows and stained bed sheets. The snack areas were serving old/stale pastries. The food is not worth the price.

No microwave to heat food and small refrigerator to store our food unlike the other hotels.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel...the bed was so soft! The live band was excellent too (located in the Martini Bar). We would recommend this resort to anyone who asked us where we stayed while we were in Florida.

We understood that we were at a resort, but a microwave in the room would have been nice.

no refrigerator or microwave in room. we did request a microwave and were promptly given one. only one deli restaurant was available. we expected 2 or 3. very disappointing. never found a swimming pool which I was looking forward to using.
