The hotel's location is excellent, being close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping areas. The room was spacious and appeared to have been recently renovated. It was well-equipped with most of the necessary facilities.

Unfortunately, the hotel balcony overlooked the car park and the rear of nearby buildings. A view of the beach would have been preferable. Additionally, the hotel's swimming pool was on the smaller side and quite deep.

The elevators in the tower badly need replacement or updating. Long waits for the elevator hamper the overall experience.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about my stay. I would stay over and overs I’ll always request my same room. The breakfast was great, location was great, happy hour and dj at the pool was amazing.

Our room was in the old tower. Still very clean and comfortable with air conditioning but quite out dated and worn.

All the folks who worked there were very nice! The elevators were a problem, and it was loud. The room was nice, bed comfortable etc., bathroom was a little cramped/small. The amenities like the coffee maker couldn't be plugged in where it made the most sense to use it, and the reading lamps on the beds should have been by the center/night table. I don't think I like the idea of the extra 'resort charge' since except for wi-fi (which was good, and it was nice that I only had to sign in one time) I didn't use any of the options.
