Steel was very comfortable wonderful hotel was clean. The staff was very friendly, very knowledgeable, although it was a great experience.

What I didn’t like is it had to request that my room be cleaned on Saturday they did not clean my room on Saturday. I had to request it to be clean. That’s only thing I didn’t like.

I liked that the conference rooms were connected to the hotel so I did not have to go outside.

I ordered from the restaurant and they made my order and brought it out to me. I asked for extra of one of the key ingredients and when they came back out they said they didn’t have any. The issue is they made my order WITHOUT one of the key ingredients and did not tell me. I had not looked in my sandwich because I was going to wait for extra of the ingredient.

Good location, good beds, indoor pool

No hot water, and we weren't warned at check-in. When we called the front desk to ask, they told us it was fixed but it wasn't. The next morning, we were told again it was "just fixed this morning" when checking out and were not offered any kind of compensation. Pool was cloudy.

The size of the room was decent and clean except for the ceiling panel in the bathroom kept falling down. INDOOR POOL!!!! The hotel's proximity to the beach, restaurants and night life was awesome, great walkability.

Very outdated room, bad smell, terrible overall value, housekeeping very lacking, 1 night out of 5 of turndown service/full cleaning, fixtures not working, charged for internet/parking which weren't disclosed prior to checkout, staff not very friendly, club level perks hardly worth anything, ac not very good, shower small for a suite, no bodywash in holder, celing panels open exposing pipes/dust, much better options out there

Liked the location and the security.

Didn't like the lack of a freezer in the fridge and no microwave in the room. Also, could hear more noise in our room from the hall than I would have expected.

The hotel is beautiful and the location was great

I didn't like the fact that I arrived at the hotel at 6:30 am, to advise the staff that this day was my anniversary. I was traveling from out of town for an event at the hotel and was hoping to check in a little early. I was told that I could check in between 11 am-12 pm, then 1:00 pm. I sat in the hotel lobby while my friends and other families there for the event were checked in already! I ended up being able to check in at 3:15 pm only 45 minutes prior to the actual check-in time. Needless to say, my anniversary was ruined because I had to be back at the hotel by 6 pm for the event I was scheduled to be there for. So for my 24th wedding anniversary, I was only able to have a 1 hour and 15-minute meal with my husband after arriving at the hotel at 6:30 am. I swore I would never stay at another Sheraton again, but I promise this is the last time. This is my third incident that has happened like this, starting with my honeymoon! I felt the wait was intentional! I guess the housekeeping staff could not be alerted that a customer was there waiting on a room...I guess that was too much thinking outside of the box huh? And just for the record, this hotel was chosen only because it was the host hotel for the event I was attending.

Cleanliness, house keeping was lax. Didn’t replenish all items in the room (i.e. coffee tea, water)

Comfy beds, location hotel amenities,the restaurant in hotel the bar ice cream and coffee shop .

The parking garage was a bit tight for SUV the pool was ok could been a bit cleaner and longer hours.The price was a bit much considering other hotels with same quality same area or closer with lower prices but hotel was good overall. Wish some of the restaurant in the hotel offered some discount being that we stayed in hotel for guests but it was ok some things but over priced.
