vending is crappy, act of congress to get extra towels even though there was only 1 set upon arrival. water wasn’t really hot. beds are hard pillows stunk

The primary thing that stands out is the attendant on duty when we checked in on Saturday 2/11/23 around 5. My husband is not easily impressed and the employee who checked him in was courteous, professional and quite helpful in checking us in and giving us restaurant recommendations.

HVAC did not seem to function well.

Pros- Clean and spacious room! Front staff was polite. Breakfast exceeded expectations! There was waffle mix and irons that you can make your own waffles.

Cons- The toilet in my room leaked quite alot when flushed (I actually just realized I forgot to tell the front staff this...). The wifi was extremely slow and hard to connect on my laptop. Not the most updated room. Walls are quite thin, bring earplugs.

Staff was friendly and the room was clean. Everything we needed was within walking distance of our room.

When we go into the room. The heating unit was set at 90 and running. So the room was extremely hot. We set it down to 70. And the unit would just run off and on every 3 minutes all night. We ended up putting the heat down to 60 just to keep it off. The fan was so screechy, it kept waking us up. So my family didn't sleep well that night. Reported it to management the next morning, so hopefully they fix it for the next family.
