My family and I traveled for a Women's conference at a church. In her room she had fresh blood on her sheets and in my room there was a big yellow stain. We notified the worker Caleb who informed the manager. She told us we could leave and she would refund us both because she had no other rooms. I have not gotten my refund yet.

Nasty rooms, nasty hallways, overflowing trash

Paid almost $200 for a room with a spa the jet didn't work in the second room the first room we got the refrigerator didn't work it ruined the groceries we got was informed that we could move to another room which we did and would be given a discount the next morning if we decided to stay again which we did well no discount was allowed and actually we ended up paying more When I tried talking to the guy working the front desk he was asleep across chairs we banged on the window hollered but he didn't budge

The pavement for parking was a bit too rough and tight when driving around the building.

The bed was fine.

No breakfast by the way. The whole place smells like reefer. The staff wasn’t the friendliest. The whole building needs some updates. Cracks in the floor and tiles. The adjoining room has a crack under the door about 3 inches high We got to hear the drunk Mexicans all night.

payed for deluxe room that was not what I was given I was moved into a different room the shower didn’t work the vent in the bathroom fell spider webs over the bed the microwave plate was not the one that went with that microwave so you could not heat anything paid for and stated in the room description that was a snack box in the room there wasn’t talked to the manager Rhonda said I would receive a discount still waiting . DONT STAY AT THIS HOTEL.old and rundown with a smell

Refrigerator cooled well.

No breakfast provided, stairwell had dried mud on the floor, hallway needed vacuuming, dust on room furniture, room floor needed mopping, no cable vision, old stained towels.

Pets stayed free and the location was convenient. The rooms were a nice size and the air was nice and cold. The desk staff was nice.

What linens were provided were stained- in one room one of the pillows had what looked like mildew on it, in the other the wash clothes were grey and stained and the towels had hair on them. There were 7 of us between 2 rooms. We only had 2 towels in each room. Both rooms smelled of smoke. There was leftover food in the fridge, there was mold all over the shower curtain, in our room the carpet was wet and covered in dog hair. The walls in both rooms were dirty. One room had bug feces. The hall had trash on the floor. The door to the outside didn't lock. In general it was dirty and neglected considering the building didn't look too old. We stayed in other pet friendly hotels on this trip that were similarly priced, provided breakfast (which they did not) and were actually clean. Would not return.
