The room was not very clean. When we open the refrigerator, there is food from someone else a good.

The bed is very uncomfortable. It needed to be replaced. It was way too soft and lumpy.

Well where do I start the 65$ dollar deposit that they require has still not been put back on my card the room was very dirty looks like the maid forgot what a cleaning rag is for water bottles left on the bathroom sink for the person in the room before us the whole hotel was run down would not stay there again if they gave me the room Free

Absolutely nothing

Air did not work, would not go below 74. The hallway was colder than our room. The casino floor was hot. No self serve stations. Slots were not paying.

The hotel is beautiful.

The little kids hanging out in the parking lot without any parental supervision. The parking lot divided from casino has limited spaces for hotel guests side. Restaurants close pretty early for it to be a casino. Gift shop is not really a gift shop.

Location was fine but that was the only thing. REMOVE THIS HOTEL ASVIT IS ALL FSLSE ADVERTING!!!

Contacting the hotel prior to arrival was impossible as you are relayed to a vm every time, contacting someone to get checked in there was NOBODY initially there we had to literally YELL “Is anyone here!” what kindy of service is that?!? This is suppose to be a spa hotel but the hours are SO LIMITED, you might as well NOT go to the spa. Oh are you Thirsty well get your mini bottle of water which is so small you might as well just remain patched! There is also a bogus resort fee of approx $12 per day, well you don’t say! SHEETS DID YOU SAY, well they don’t do daily service if you want room service bed made and sheets changed…well I HOPE YOUR BOOTS ARE MADE FOR WALKING as YOU BETTER HIKE TO GET SHEETS AND CHANGE YOUR OWN DAMN SHEETS how is that post pandemic. you would think sanitation would be a priority since COVID 19 but apparently SANITATION IS A PIPE DREAM WHICH MADE ME WANT TO SCREAM AND NOT FOR ICE CREAM! Service no service or room service that is! Want some food…how about a greasy, burger for just at $20 and that is not one delivered to your room! DONT STAY HERE you are better off at THE BATES HOTEL as THIS HOTEL IS HELL and the 2 nights were nights WE can never get back! This place is STRICTLY FOR GAMBLING and NOT ONE THING IN THE ADVERTISEMENT IS TRUE FALSE ADVERTISING and BOOKING.com needs to REMOVE THIS HOTEL AND IMMEDIATELY! I date mgmt of either the booking service or this hotel to call me as there is so much more to tell and since I have two family members that book for conventions I am sharing this directly so neither are ever caught off guard by this establishment!

The rooms were excellent. The shower had two heads. Great rest.

The casino doesn't have food after 10. Had to leave to search for a restaurant.

rooms are noisy, we could here hallway doors closing and conversations in the hall way. rooms are not very sound proof

Place was very nice inside and the outside, location was great for our needs.

Room was unsat. 3 1/2hr after we checked in went to shower, shower was broken had to contact service desk and maint showed up. Sink kept clogging. Tables tops and counters were never dusted, rugs were not vacuumed, and the blinds would not stay shut. I've stayed at other casino resorts and I've never had a terrible experience as this one.
