They double charged me for a room I paid for through a different service. I used Klarna and they charged they charged the full amount plus incidentals. It’s almost a week later and I’m still trying to get my money back. No one was helpful. The manager never contacted me

The room was nice and clean. The pool was great size and relaxing. Good size rooms.

Better security so we did not have to worry about our vehicles. While we were there, one person had their truck stolen, a car was stripped and another was broke into and items were stolen.

The location is close to plenty and you can get on and off the freeway or use the feeder. The staff is nice and the beds and comfy.

Location was good, rooms were nice and it was quiet. The pool outside and setting were nice as well. Staff was good. Beds were comfy and pillows were fluffy.

The breakfast area. We were told they only did breakfast during the week not weekends you do not see this upon booking si it was a surprise to us considering we stayed 4 nights.

The room was updated and clean

The room's neighbors were smoking weed and that smell permeated the room at 6 AM. Complained to the staff at the front desk and they just shrugged their shoulders and said sorry. Highly allergic so I just checked out then and there.

Location for occasion was good. And check in and out staff were excellent.

The pool area was dirty and the condition of chairs and table needs improvement. The value of lodging should really include breakfast and even some complimentary coffee. The bistro offered some breakfast but it was very pricey.

The hotel was clean and updated. The staff was friendly.

It’s an old hotel, the building looks old. Even though you can tell it’s been updated it still has an old feel to it. The bathrooms need updating. The same hotel down the street was much newer and the prices were the same. I would have changed my reservation but there were no cancellations.

The room was clean. Appreciated that the front desk representative noticed I was traveling with handicapped family member, so he put us on the first floor, just around the corner from the front desk. Perfect.

There was nothing I didn't like. Will stay here EVERYTIME I COME TO HOUSTON.

The ambiance was very nice, walking in seemed so refreshing. Water leeking in the lobby they had a bucket there for the leak! Get to check in an the young ladies was giggling the entire time to one another. Then one of them spranged on us that it was a $20 per day charge as a deposit! Which was never seen on the booking website. An said it would go back at the end of check out. I still think that should be in the description because everyone doesn’t like to pay with their credit/debit card! Get to our room the rooms smelt just like water. So we went an bought lysol/air freshener to kind of die down the smell. No breakfast. They had a bar but no one was ever at the bar! The pool was nice, the beds were good! The shower heads had water everywhere! Its okay for the price but they can fix the small things!

Stop allowing dogs and animals in your hotel Many people have asthma and allergies, the dander in the beds, carpet,room is tough on our breathing. Stop spraying febrese on the carpet. It stinks and hurts asthmatics.

Located right off the highway easy to find. Many things around.

The beds were uncomfortable, we both woke with back pain. The water smelled terrible .The price you get on booking isn’t the price you pay, add an extra $40 🙄
