I enjoyed the spacious room, swimming pool and breakfast. The proximity to the energy corridor is excellent. I was within 6 mins of my work site and grocery shopping.

On day one someone called to complain of noise from my room. The front desk did not know who did, promised to investigate but did not revert with feedback until I left.

There was dog hair all in my bed and the room smelt like dog. The breakfast was terrible. Kids ran up and down the hallway. I was so embarrassed for my guest to come to the room.

It was very clean, met all our needs, breakfast was great, staff was polite and caring. Best stay ever.

Location was great

It was not the cleanest. Something smells really bad getting off of the elevator. Dogs barked all night long.

Everything was perfect, staff was very friendly and helpful I've always had good experiences in Houston but this hotel has been by far the best. The location was perfect and we're most definitely coming back to this hotel whenever we're in town. THANKS!!!!

Comfortable place to stay, very friendly staff.

Dangerous elevators. Closed frequently on guests, including me. Injured an elderly couple who weren't capable of pushing back the door. No general use stairwell, all alarmed for emergencies. One elevator totally ceased opening its doors, causing congestion.

Outstanding customer service. A+++ Beds.... very comfy. Extra little creature comforts A+++ Movies without commercials.

Staff nice. Room size was decent. Refrigerator and sink convenient since I had to store breast milk.

Some Sheets weren’t totally clean. Water in bathroom had a smell. Couch was stained and dirty. Had to cover with a sheet.

Easy to get to. Nice layout. The staff were friendly.

AC directions were put in key card holder, so that was a disaster. The little gathering they offer after 5 is a nice jesture, but the beer was gone by 530 and finger food as well. No one was there paying attention.

I don’t like that in certain parts of the hotel it smelled look animals

The breakfast was definitely subpar from other similar level hotels. The little omelette they had just tasted like cardboard and there wasn't much in the way of options. The ladder is broken in the pool which made us nervous for our daughter as it was just hanging. There was a smell of propane as well outside by the pool, where the pipes are, not near the grill. But the staff was very, very friendly. I love the gentleman who checked us in. He was very courteous and helpful.

Locations from the job to hotel was not bad

Location is in a nice area, close to restaurants, Parking was easy, Staff was friendly and helpful, Offers free breakfast, Good value on stay.

The bed and pillows were so uncomfortable. Every night my back and neck was hurting. The breakfast was low on options but every Home2 Suites is like this so I wasn’t surprised. The A/C was a bit confusing to use and the thermostat was constantly making a beeping noise every 10 mins but it wasn’t a big deal.
