It was very clean.

I was disappointed we had to choose between a view and a walk in shower. So if I have a disability that needs the walk in shower I cannot enjoy a view?

Lage. Zimmer und Bad recht neu.

Hotel extrem ungemütlich und geschmacklos eingerichtet. Wirkt ungepflegt. Rezeptionsbereich fürchterlich uneinladend. Zimmer und Bad scheinen renoviert aber nicht ordentlich. Decke sehr tief. Zimmertüre schließt nicht, so dass nachts Licht durchscheint. Kühlschrank extrem laut. Teppiche im Flur dreckig. Abzug im Bad extrem laut und somit komisch im Bad zu sein. Frühstück ok, allerdings voll, schmutzige Tische und Zuviel Plastikmüll.

Easy check in, extremely reasonable and the room was nice.

No ice machine on the first floor and wish the check out time was at noon.

Friendliest, friendly staff and location.

Ran out of breakfast stuff and didn’t refill and/or in a timely manner. Maybe because busy holiday weekend.

Everything was worse. The bathroom wasn't clean at all. The curtains in the bathroom were very dirty. No shampoo, no body soap, no conditioner... the toilet was terrible. A red stain on the floor . I asked to update my room, and it was even worse. The regrettable and worst case was my second day. I left my room so they could refresh. I was very shocked and surprised to discover that the housekeeper trashed my dinner that was in the fridge, trash my champagne, water, juice, and food. I mean, everything I left in the fridge was trash.they didn't even call me to let me know so I could buy food from outside on my way coming back.I came in around 10 p.m., and I don't have anything to eat or to drink... no apology, nothing. They were confident to go back in the trash and remove the bottle of water to give me because it's wasn't open, but the food, champagne, and juice were already open. I spoke with the manager who promised to do something to refund me but until now I haven't heard from them. Since July 22nd until today, August 24th . Guess what, the check in was 3 pm. I arrived at 6:30 pm, and my room was still not ready. They made me wait for 30mn and calling the housekeeper is it's done. When she finished, they didn't check for control. I asked them when they were going to control if it was well clean, and their response was that we trusted our housekeeper because they had been working for many years. There is no need to check if it's clean or not.🙄😬🙄.they were no respect to me as a customer. They told me if you don't like the place you can find somewhere else without your refunds. 2 nights for almost $500, and they don't know how to respect the customer.. I will never, ever go back there or recommend someone. Even my enemies, I would rather sleep in my car if all other hotels are fully booked. I didn't enjoy my stay.

This hotel has a top location from where one can plan many trips to the differents south jersey shores. The staff was great and worked as a team for their customers.

The hotel was packed and breakfast was no fun. The lines were terribly long and with a view changes the situation could improve. Example: the was only one toaster for only two slices…
