Hot breakfast, easy check in. Location for what we needed it for.
Room felt damp...AC unit in room leaking all on the carpet. Bathtub to shower no slip bottom need to be repaired . Almost fell in shower!!

the jacuzzi tub in my room was nice we just couldn’t use the jets because they were dirty. me and my partner enjoyed the TV. the staff was friendly and they offered free breakfast in the morning.
our room was dirty and bathroom smelled of mold. the bed was in comfy which made me and my partner toss and turn all night. we ran the jets in our tub and a lot of black stuff came out. they don’t have a cleaning service during your stay, only when you leave.

I like the fast check in and no problems with the room.
Someone vomited in the elevator and its wasn't cleaned enough you could still smell it.

There was a cockroach 🪳 🪳 🪳 in my room and the staff disregarded it and didn't even apologize, neither did the manager.

Not one single thing. If it wasn’t for my child having a comp I would went home .
The closet door was broken upon arrival. The rooms just didn’t seem clean. You had to take down dirty towels and wash cloths to exchange for fresh ones( luckily we bring our own towels wash clothes and bed linen. You couldn’t request housekeeping services. And the building smelled of smoke cigarettes, marijuana , and MOTH BALLS.

The location was great I went to a comedy show at the Borgata.
I can't say I didn't like anything it was cool for the price and the age of the hotel. It was just as I expected.

This is my 4th visit and as usual the staff was accommodating and as always friendly.
There was light missing in the bathroom and the toilet seat was coming off. My son who is a tea drinker asked for a tea bag to make in his room and was refused

The hotel was clean and smelled good! Rooms were clean and bright. The bed was comfortable! Pet friendly but didn’t smell like animals.

It's pet friendly
For starters, the room is dated, creepy and smelly. Breakfast is not to par. The room overall is horrible. The front desk even let us check the rooms and none of them are acceptable. One with dog poop, the other one where the ceiling is leaking so there's a bucket on the floor. The whole hotel should be gutted or have a decent renovation. Even my dog doesn't like the place.
