The bedroom was so clean and renovated.

It says it has breakfast but it hasn’t. In addition, when we arrived at the parking lot there were a group of people drinking and playing music who seemed they were not staying at the hotel, the music was loud until 10:30, and anyone told them anything. It seemed that the parking lot it is a meeting point, because another guy came and hit other car (at the beginning the staff thought it was our car… thankfully not, that guy didn’t seem not staying there either…).

The room smelled very strong mildew and mold mixed with a touch of cheap air freshener smell, which made it much worse. We had to sleep with the bathroom fan on and the window open in order to be able to breathe. There was pet hair and clipped nail bits on one of the beds. The overall experience was rather disgusting.

Room was not cleaned and filled with revolting mildew-odor.

the pool wasn’t open at all and the floor in room was in pretty bad shape when walking around in room you could feel certain areas of floor sinking in

Staff was super accommodating. Room satisfied the need for the night!

Bed was too soft. Room was small but I was offered a bigger space preferred to stay on the bottom floor.

The front desk person was excellent good customer service

The sheets and pillow case was crush bed had hair and someone else socks towels is old and dry they should pay more attention to there linens

Fast check in, lots of pillows, easy to find.

The cleaning lady was knocking at my door at 10:59am asking me to check out. Really thought that was ridiculous. The swimming pool is closed and no breakfast.

This hotel is old, no iron or ironing board, they have tried to spruce it up, not sure it is working

The room was filthy. The shampoo was used and left over from the last guests Walls were filthy, seal on the door had a huge gap so bugs got in. I was not impressed, will not ever go back. The room is super tiny, no coffee maker.

The location was perfect! it's between yarmouth and Hyannis...

I think the room floor could be cleaner.
