Awesome little room! Had everything you needed! Perfect stay!

Room was cute, clean. Well they missed the coffee pot ( had grounds in it) but that was the only fault we could find. A studio is a studio. Learned that a full-size bed is enough in a pinch. Location was great. did not get a chance to check out the pool, we were just too busy. too bad it closed at 10 ( not unusual, but a bummer for us nightowls.)

a local tourist map would have been nice.

Balcony studio was perfect. Walking distance to restaurants.

Air conditioner was set too low and thermostat did not adjust temperature.

Nice room with little drop leaf table, microwave and fridge. Loved the two pools and hot tub. Very accommodating staff. Only good things to say. Seems to be perfect for families as there are activity rooms, kiddie pool (3 foot deep) also racquet ball courts. Relaxing. Not too noisy. Great location. Only drawback is there is no elevator so if you have trouble lifting luggage best to request a room on first floor.

Stayed in a deluxe suite with a whirlpool tub and it was amazing! Crazy good deal! I love the indoor and outdoor pool set up at the Holly Tree and spent time in the pool, also a great location for beach access.

only thing- TVs have basic cable, no Bravo or E! :-( and the DVDs that they offer are $1 to rent and cannot be added onto the card for the room. Bring your own DVDs and DVR your shows at home.

Two pools were nice, with hot tub. Towels were high quality. Grandson enjoyed the pools and arcade

‘Housekeeping’ meant it was clean when we arrived and cleaned after we left. We had to get our own towels changed every 2-3 days, and sweep the floor. ‘No daily housekeeping’ was not clear ahead of time or at check in, I thought if there was a staff shortage we’d at least see someone every 3days. No coffee provided for the room. Sheets were too small/shallow for the mattress and therefore not tight but always wrinkled.

The location was good for us. It was a short notice stay . We felt lucky to find availability.

The water system in kitchen was out dated. Needs updating.

Room was spacious clean and comfortable. Nice little kitchenette with dishes, silverware, coffee maker, microwave and small fridge, Perfect for breakfast or a light meal. Wifi signal was good.

Not walking distance to beach, noisy on weekends.

The large room with the kitchenette and 2 bathrooms was absolutely amazing and perfect for a little family.

The hot tub wasn’t open

The suite was spacious and it was nice being separated from the kids for privacy!!

The bed was a bit squeeky, and one of the remotes for the TV didnt work. They gave us the batteries and we put them in.

I liked it all. but the attitude of the front desk upon leaving. also my wife fell in the shower do to no grip in tub using soap makes the tub very slippery. but the gentleman did not like me telling him so. but i would stay there again but buy grips for tub. but buy tub grips before someone gets hurt. thank you
