Staff was really nice

Room not thoroughly cleaned Altercation our near Lobby abs NO ONE tried to suffused situation or call the police.

The bed was so comfortable and the breakfast was really good with a lot of options

The mattress pad on the pull out bed had stains on it, temperature of room was difficult to manage-too warm and ac did not cool down room

Breakfast was included like buffet style but they had nice gourmet hot food. The room was like a mini suite , very comfortable and private as well.

The only thing we didn’t like was we had no toilet tissue when we arrived in our room. We called and they said they were bringing it up and we waited hours before we actually got some toilet tissue.

Receptionist was unprofessional in her manners. eating liquorice stick while assisting us. Water backed up in bathroom basin. Bathroom had water stains on ceilings and surrounding areas

Breakfast and Bar were the lone bright spots.

Desk staff was indifferent upon check-in. Didn't load the key properly and I had to return to front desk. No apology offered for the inconvenience. Several youth league sports groups were staying at the hotel. They were playing with the luggage carts-giving rides and playing football in the common area and the staff was nearby and said nothing. Pool water was cloudy and the area was not adequately heated (indoor pool was one of the reasons we chose the property). Holes in the carpet throughout and carpets had not been swept. Trash littered the parking lot. Main water feature in the lobby wasn't working. Looks like management has pretty much given up on this property. Very disappointing stay.

I liked the ammenities and the options for the free breakfast. the bar staff was awesome as well.

me and my two children all got pink eye, I had a puss bump on my wrist and there was PUKE floating in the pool. pretty sure that’s how we got pink eye. the cleaning staff didn’t come and take our trash out once and we stayed all weekend. we only had one TINY garbage can so I kept having to do all the cleaning myself. it was stressful.

Beds comfortable, breakfast was nice.

Couch in room was nasty, dirty. Could hear everything in room next to us. Elevator broke, only 1 working. Long waits. Check in was interesting, couldn't find my reservation, csr said hold on while she went to lobby to talk to what looked like family to receive coffee drinks, taking her time. Still waiting, she ask the other rep who said, I can not find it. So again she starts talking to her family. I had 4 granddaughters waiting with me. I was very patient, finally she came back and said let me see that again. She found my reservation, it was transposed last name first. Didn't seem that it had to be this difficult. Now they have about 6 people in line. Smoke alarm went off the next morning, didn't seem like anyone was in charge or telling us what to do. We packed our stuff and left quickly.
