Got locked out of room with all belongings in there and no keys worked. Staff had to break in with some hook and that took forty minutes. Night staff barely spoke English as well..rooms were not great as far as clean. Need to clean behind couches and sofa beds

Friendly Staff; CLEAN & Fresh everywhere. Several breakfast choices; including Waffles & Fresh Fruit.
Very happy with our 2 night stay.
Pillows were fresh but not comfy for us. Personal preference is a firmer pillow.

Breakfast was just ok. The "eggs" had a strange texture and they served smoked sausages rather than breakfast sausage. We arrived a couple of days after a snowstorm and the parking lot was not cleared

The breakfast was decent. The pool was good as well. Easy to access.
I requested two beds in the booking travelling with 2 kids. I got one king bed and an unmade fold out couch with no possibility to change.
The shower ceiling had a leak that wasn't fixed.
Two bottles of water were in the fridge just the first day. For the rest, the only option was to buy purified water in the shop which shouldn't even be a thing since it's just tap water.

Room was clean and comfortable and was relatively close to where we needed to be.
We could not get the internet to work. We tried over and over again. My husband even went down to the front desk and they got it to connect but when he got back to the room it disconnected. We ended up setting up hot spots with our phones. We have never had a problem connecting to the internet with any other hotel. It was very disappointing and frustrating.

Terrible foods served. All ?types of meat were greasy and no taste. All Egg dishes had no taste and were cold. Only white bread and hard muffins/bagels. Yogurt with no taste and watery. Fruit in Yogurt was old and soggy. Watered down juice. No cream for coffee - only sugared pretend coffee cream.
No service in 6 days of cleaning the room, bathroom, beds!! We had to take our wet towels for replacements. Rugs everywhere are spotted dirty. roach in BR. Terrible actually. Only 1 chair in a handicapped room and were told there were none elsewhere? Have never been in a hotel without service to room!
