The room was really big and had everything accessible

Staff was very hard to communicate with and the house keeping is hard to get in touch with. Had to wait 3 hours for some toilet paper and waiting all afternoon for them to bring me sheets so I could change bed my self

Facility was clean and quite. Staff member who check us in was very nice.

The room had a mildew smell as though it might have flooded before, and the bathroom in the room with the king size bed, shower head was leaking from the wall so we couldn't use it with out getting water all over the floor.

The size of the room was nice. The hotel itself was nice.

I called and told the hotel I'd be there around 2-3 am and was told that was fine. I showed up at 2:20 am, and nobody was in the lobby at the front desk. I waited for an hour and a half and nobody ever showed up. There was a random key on the desk so I assumed it was mine. After getting aggravated, I grabbed the key and went to the room not knowing if it were mine or not. I reported it to the staff the next day, and someone was supposed to be there until 7 in the morning, but was nowhere to be found. So needless to say, we didn't get to go to sleep until like 4:15 am, and then some kids woke us up dribbling a basketball right beside our room at 8 am. This was a terrible experience, and the hotel didn't seem to even care about the missing front desk employee.

Right next to a highway so it’s loud, had to pay for wifi, the curtains were sheer and the black out curtains didn’t close so it got bright in the morning so I couldn’t sleep in

The staff and the hotel were phenomenal. Both the night shift and the day shift manager were very accommodating and welcoming.

No complaints. Check in was quick. Room was clean and the breakfast choices were amazing! The front desk at check in was phenomenal! Thank you!
