Great stay

Only thing that I like was the housekeeping staff would greet me in mornings other than that I’ve stayed in many hotels this is first one I ever had to leave such a review.

Booked king arrived did not have room put in room 115 next to elevator motor no guest should have to stay in this room to hear such a noise was told to come next morning to change rooms came to late asked to come to next morning put in 309 with pet advised could not be there etc.

The pool has no heating, printer wasn't working

If you remember the staff of the hotel, and you miss them a little, then this is definitely a quality indicator of a comfortable stay in this place.

Available airport shuttle at all hours with super friendly driver

pool was gross and they had it open, also the hot tub was black how is that even possible for someone to allow ppl inside

A fire alarm went off at 5:30 in the morning. We realized that the alarms in the room were not lit, which made us wonder if they were working?

the staff is always nice and the price is decent.

smelled like wet dog, obvious flooding and the hallways smelled like marijuana.

Easy access to everywhere we needed to be. Prices affordable. Comfortable beds.

wasp in the room, breakfast was picked through and wasn’t replaced for 2 hours, loud noise outside at night, tv didn’t work

clean room and lobby area. the staff, Jane especially, was very helpful and kind. the location is close to all highways and lots of shopping and restaurants.

the breakfasts were very bland and exactly the same every day.

small things- e.g. staff completely did not acknowledge guests & whilst I support companies feeding their staff the breakfast buffet was poorly stocked, presumably because there were a constant flow of staff and what appeared to be their friends casually eating there and popping in to take food away.
