Stayed in the sweet with two separate bedrooms. It was great and added privacy for all us!

We specifically booked the hotel so we could use the pool, but the pool was closed for maintenance. Would stay again, especially once the pool is repaired.

The room was very clean! Really appreciated that. Everyone we encountered at the front desk was very attentive and kind. The kitchenette was a surprise, very practical.

The location is a bit bizarre, looking out the window was a man gardening by a house and some large, coiled drain pipes all over. Not the hotels fault, but it was awkward. Parking a big rig isn't that great there either, narrow spots.

Highway 99 is noisy. Windows shut help keep a lot of it out though.

no smart tv, jacuzzis tub has no jets, shower knob broke, shower door broke won’t slide , 3 lights didn’t work, heater/air conditioner made horrible squealing noise all nite. the bed was squeaky and uncomfortable and the sheets and comforter where so worn and dirty looking. bunch of scratches and bangs on walls. had breakfast about 8:30 and no hot food left …not worth the price I paid!! big disappointment!!

The sharp carpet strips poking up from where the carpet meets the hard floor, the wife stepped on them a few times. I had to get a butter knife to try and bend them back so my wife and child wouldn't hurt their feet on them.

The whole experience was great, the hotel was very nice, clean, the whole hotel setting was beautiful, I like how they have a free laundromat there, they have a swimming pool, hot tub, business center, a little gym, free breakfast, my room was very clean, comfortable and loved how there was a full size fridge, stove microwave, and dishes ready there, the staff was very friendly and helpful which made my stay even better.

I had to pay 50 dollar deposit on top of what I had already paid which I had no idea I had to do that, it was not stated anywhere that I had to do that then I was also told that I would get that 50 dollars back after I checked out which I have never received yet

we could park close to the entrance, our room was close to check-in area, liked that I could cook in the room

The staff were wonderful, the spa bathtub was a life saver, the room was large and comfy.

The dishwasher leaked, the carpet barriers had some nails poking through. Other than that we were happy.

Both heaters didnt work (room 200.) Was offered to move rooms (301), sweet! Got there, and the room hadn't been cleaned yet.... 730pm . So we had to stay in the original room with non working heaters ,because there were no other rooms available. This was during the ice storm. So its already icy and temperature in the 20s.
