Location to the airport.
The rooms had no air flow, were very stuffy, and SMELLED terrible! Really bad!

Staff was non-enthusiastic. Acted like they didn't want to be there. Check-in person gave us wrong instructions to get to our room. Showed up to breakfast and there was a sign that no hot breakfast was available. All coffees ran out. When replaced, the cups ran out. Staff was asked and they said there were no cups but a customer later opened the cabinet below and found cups. Room 117 had loud noise from elevator hydraulics

Building had a rear and front entrance close enough to elevators
Hot tub did not work, pool was freezing, room was not clean, no bathroom towels, pillows were nasty and yellow. No room for pets to use the bathroom outside like most hotels that are pet friendly

I got a reservation through booking .com while my power was out. My power came on at 2:00PM and you would not credit my room.

The person at the front desk was very helpful and warm when we got there. He handed us water and tried to help us get a trolley for our luggage. It was Saturday before the worst of the big ice storm. Many people were arriving and he was kind to everyone. We got settled in, had time to arrange everything, have a snack and do a bit of email. Like most of the area, the hotel lost power in the early evening. Somehow we remained warm all night and when we got ready to leave in the morning the staff had set up paths for everyone trying to negotiate the stairs. GREAT response in a tricky moment for any hotel.
The weather didn't agree with our wish for a hot shower. The hotel was great.

great location, friendly check in and breakfast staff. pool for grandkids, room was clean.
I realize it’s hard to get enough staff, but the common areas need more attention ( litter all over the back parking lot) and the building in general needs a refresh. BUT, considering what I paid, it was a good value- so you get what you pay for🙂

My room was filthy. It smelled horrible. There was mildew on the bathroom walls, cobwebs and dead bugs near the air conditioning, no staff available, air didn’t work on the second floor, the water didn’t drain in our shower. Worst hotel stay I’ve ever had.

The hotel location was good, it was near the mall and many places to eat. The breakfast was ok and not crowded, was able to sit comfortably.
To start, the room wasn't ready when I went to check in at 315 pm, and the front desk person wasn't friendly at all. She was not pleasant. I left to get food and came back to check in, and the room was ready, but the room I got smelled so bad, and the bathroom was so disgusting. It seemed like no one cleaned it. The tub had mold and pink around it, i took pictures because I had never been to a hotel and had such a dirty tub. I had to sanitize everything with my own lysol spray and wipes. Upon making reservation I requested a crib which the front desk staff said she will have someone bring it to me and no one did, when I asked her at 9pm she still didn't know when it will be taken to me. The next day I saw one of the workers and I asked her about the crib and she couldn't believe I never got it. Also, there were some suspicious things going on in that hotel, and it didn't feel safe. The lights went out completely at 12 am insideand outside the hotel on 6/26, and no one said why it happened. It was scary, and the lights came back fairly quickly about 5 min later, but it wasn't a good experience, especially in a hotel

Not much.
The room smelled. The entire facility including the grounds, building exterior, interior, room décor/carpet/bath all need updating and removal. The signage is poorly place and difficult to see at night.
All parts of this property are at the end of their useful life and do not present a good image for the Hilton family of brands.
The refrigerator does not work and we reported it to the front staff with no response.
I am surprised that Hilton is letting this property operate under their flag.
I am a commercial real estate appraiser with over 50 years and I would recommend a tear down of this place.

The room cleanliness needs improvement. Rooms need to be updated. Rooms smell musty. A/C rattles when starting. Showers have mold & do not drain properly.There were no breakfast bags available for Hilton members that left before breakfast.

great location for the airport next to the mall with plenty of food options and shopping, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and I liked that they offered GF bread. Overall good value for the money.
Showing its age, could use some upgrades. Add charging station on nightstands.

First use of the toilet it clogged and close to overflowing. I had to go to the front desk four times to ask for maintenance to which the main desk seemed to have no empathy that we couldn’t relieve ourselves and not able to go to the bathroom for most of the stay.

Staff was great. We arrived earlier than planned and they accommodated an earlier check in. Kids loved the pool though the jacuzzi was not working it was fun overall. Nice patio outside to sit and relax

area needs pressure washing all covered in algae growing on walls
and hot tub has black mold in concrete needs some serious cleaning deep cleaning not surface

The price was convenient. The location was perfect. The rooms were spacious. My kids loved the pool and hot tub.
The pool was a little chilly.
There was a chip from a previous guest on the floor between the nightstand and bed.

Right across from the Mall.
Hotel room was disgusting. Black mold on the heater, hair and dried soap in the tub, dirt in the sink, dried gross stuff on the bathroom door, found a pill on the floor that my baby could have eaten. Looks like they just made the bed and called it clean. Unacceptable.
Staff was unhelpful.
