when they called down to get the room clean someone came up quickly to clean it at 9:00pm - five hours after check in.

paying extra for parking. and the room was not clean upon arrival, which again, was five hours after check in. and the staff never apologized

I liked the food and bar

Shower was gross, bed had mold, mold in bathroom, no clean at all

When I was leaving, before I checked out, I was carrying things down to my truck and was gone less than 5 minutes. When I came back my phone and keys were gone. I tried to ask the cleaning lady that was 4 doors down about it and she was not able to answer me because she could not speak English. I did eventually find my things, they were at the front desk. Apparently the cleaning lady thought it was okay to go in to my room when she was not even near ready to clean it and take my things. Everything was returned I just thought that was a horrible experience. There was no need for someone to go in to the room and take things when I had not checked out. Parking is horrible! I drive a truck and trying to maneuver the parking garage was a nightmare.

Centrally located to everything we needed to get to during our trip. Having a gas station next door was handy.

We booked for a two queen bed room but ended up being put in a sort of run down single king room. There were weird stains on the ceiling above the bed, the headboard was visibly damaged, there was what looked like semen stains on the couch, the refrigerator was broken, the shower barely had water pressure, and when we pulled the blankets down to go to sleep there were stains all over the middle of the sheets. They did have housekeeping change the sheets for us and someone switched out the fridge after we let the front desk know it wasn’t working. The man who was checked us in asked me to email him pictures of the damages we saw to the room when we arrived (which I did) and he said that he would comp our parking fees for the duration of our stay. When checkout time came, the woman working the front counter this morning (I believe her name was something like Laronda or Ladonna?) seemed very bothered or put out by having to help us check out as she was having a conversation with what appeared to be either a friend or fellow employee. She was very short with me throughout the interaction and before I could explain that the parking fees were meant to be removed, she had already charged my account, said we were checked out, and went back to looking annoyed that I was still standing there. I explained the situation with the parking fees, asked for a copy of the receipts, and left honestly a bit shocked at how rude she was comfortable being to a guest.
