The valet parking was very overpriced. I had messaged a week or two earlier regarding parking and enquiries on prices however no response and when I got there, I was told the valet was our only option so we had to pay $58usd per day(which we were not informed about earlier). Although the valet and bellboy’s were nice, the reception staff was rude and dismissive of some concerns.

Grosses Zimmer, Bequeme Better, genügend Wasser flaschen kostenlos im Zimmer. Metro Haltestelle gleich zwei verschiedene Linien in der Nähe. Viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Pavillon gleich um die Ecke. Ca.15 Minuten zu Fuß.
Kein Schrank für die Kleidung im Zimmer, nur zwei kleine Schubladen. Mini Bar ist komplett leer, der Kühlschrank ist so kalt eingestellt das die Getränke einfrieren. Keine Einstellungen möglich. Die Kaution pro Tag ist mit 150 Dollar pro Tag heftig teuer.

Absolutely terrible that they only allow Valet parking and then charge $47 a night for it even to guests !!!! Hotel just rips people off, I would never stay again due to the parking rip off .. no Hotel should be charging guests for parking and if they do it should be fine to self park and maybe around $10 would be reasonable.
The room was quite old and dirty behind the curtain and had scuffs all over the furniture, dirty under and around the beds ..

Location was perfect for us, the room was good, staff were friendly and helpful. Free coffee was a nice touch.
Hotel parking charges far too expensive. Whilst they offered free coffee in the morning, if requested breakfast tea, it was chargeable, not sure the logic of that!!

The valet staff was amazing.
The cleaning staff showed up at around 4pm to ask if we wanted the room cleaned my daughter was sleeping and this woke her up. The prices were definitely not worth the accommodations but this is also LA and you have yo account for the area. Food and things to do are semi close but still a drive Overall we probably won't book this specific place again

Rude receptionists, I asked for hot water to make my own tea and they said the hot water was only for members. There was no air in the room very old rooms, and the hair dryer never worked. They also charged me an extra valet parking which is didn’t even use. Reception never answered our phone calls when we needed. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE do not waste your money and time here!

I was exhausted so as soon as I walked in, I went under the blanket. Then I felt that the sheets feel sandy where my feet are. I thought it was probably because they had used old sheets. But as I moved my feet around, I felt that it was really sandy, so I turned the duvet around and saw a lot of black residuals that looked like the residues of a squashed cockroach on the mattress. I screamed and called down the front desk and asked if he could ask the manager on duty to visit me in the room so I could show her what I slept on! The manager called me back and said that I was rude in my tone and refused to come and see the room. (would you not be upset if you found out that you slept with a killed cockroach in between your sheets?) She then said that she canceled my reservation and I needed to leave the hotel immediately. I told her I do not have anywhere in LA to go and it is 10 pm. She said that I needed to grab my things and go. I told her that I had paid for the hotel fully and had nowhere to go with the price that I had already paid. She said she did not care and kept calling me to leave the hotel. I contacted Booking.com 5 times and spent the entire night talking to managers at booking.com who tried to reach out to this awful manager on duty but could not reach her. I contacted Mariott but they said that I need to call back in the morning. It was the worst experience of my life. I left at 5 am after spending the entire night trying to find shelter! VERY DIRTY HOTEL! VERY AGGRESSIVE AND INHUMANE STAFF AND MANAGERS. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. DO NOT GO! They are also way more expensive for what they are offering compared to other 4-star hotels such as Sofitel Hotel. I had a huge insect bite that night.
