Location is very good and the facility, coffee service at room and cleanliness was satisfactory.

The breakfast wasn’t included in the stay. Spending this kind of money for a mediocre experience was very disappointing! Nothing special about this property at all.

Hot tub was nice

The pillows were really soft and uncomfortable, also the curtains wouldn't close all the way and the light from outside came in the window and was shining right on the bed

We had dinner in the lounge area. Food and drinks were great. Erik was a phenomenal bartender and server.

The people were friendly and helpful. We used the shuttle service and it was easy and reliable. Room was great! Very comfortable beds😁

I had a one day travel for business so I took my family with me because the kids were out of school. This was a perfect spot for us.

Shuttle service was good and on time

Very dim lighting in the hallways and our room. Bed pillows were terrible, hard and too thick..in th restaurant I ordered a chicken quesadilla . It was served with a large chunk of chicken skin. Gagged?

The location was perfect for me, I was only here for such a short time.

I always have problems with any mattress in hotels because of my back issues.

The room we were given already had someone in there! The door was slightly open, and the bed was undone. To our shock, we heard someone in there, so we quickly went down to the reception. They said they accidentally gave out the room twice because of the same check-in and check-out dates. They seemed okay about it and said they upgraded our room to a king suite, but that wasn't correct. The room had two beds instead of a king bed. The fitness center was extremely hot; it seemed like the AC was not properly set because the temperature in the hotel was good. The room was extremely dusty, and one of the bed sheets had stains. A few feet from the hotel, there was a homeless person, and the area smelled like urine. I am sure all cities have their share of homeless people, but just something to note. We were also informed that we should not leave the hotel at night because it was dangerous in the area.

The area around the hotel is not the best, but you would never know it once inside the hotel.
