Staff was very accommodating. Loved the wxyz restaurant.

Floors were very dirty. Even after housekeeping came in and vacuumed. Walk around for 5 minutes and your feet were black on the bottom.

The staff members were enthusiastic about helping with reasonable requests such as locating an iron for clothes, and replacement hygiene products. The back of house received several packages for me and then made sure I got them before departure. The lobby was busy but the housekeeping kept up with the mess both on the floor and in the toilet & pool areas.

The parking situation is pretty constrained with the high occupancy rate (everyone should have that problem) which made it very inconvenient to find a space at night inside the lot, and impossible to turn around after entering the lot. The proximity to the highway with the associated noise at all hours was surprisingly loud whether the window is open or closed. The air conditioner is also quite loud. The ambient noise in the room was unpleasant.

“Couch” in room was like a board with a pillow on it.

The location was nice, and check in and out was easy

The bathroom light would flicker for the first 30 minutes it was on, when I called the front desk the direction I received was to not turn off the light.

The bed was ok. It accepted pets so we had our cat there who was hiding for both days because of all the noise. The bar was nice, and I appreciated being able to get a glass of wine.

It had a very low standard feeling. The music in the common areas was very annoying(regatone). The front desk staff was not unpleasant, but was not very pleasant either. The room backed up to the entrance of an expressway, so we heard the race track sounds all night. The hallway floors were stained, and our room needed a fresh coat of paint. The bathroom looked dirty.

This hotel is beautiful and location is perfect. The hotel has a great ambiance and a cool feel to it. Love that it is located near the mall and has easy access to the highway. It is away from the business of downtown Miami, but not out of reach. The place is great for a few night stays.

For the price, I think breakfast should have been included in the price. The room was clean, but could have been cleaner. We found some roaches in the bathroom and automatically started getting paranoid that they were all over the room.

How close the hotel is close to everything

I didn’t like that I can hear everything through the walls…

The Location is great, habitations are comfortable and staff was very kind, I really feel like home. All around hotel was safe, that kind of things I looking for a place

Very loud guests, room was not cleaned twice while I was there four nights. Unbelievable that a hotel only had decaffeinated coffee available. Nothing was ever replenished, I had to ask for it. I feel like the value for the money was terrible.
