The front desk associate was pleasant and as helpful as he could be
The room was filthy and disgusting. Housekeeping staff had not cleaned the room prior. The hotel was overbooked so my room could not be changed and I could only get a refund through management (never heard back from management). Luckily I have a cleaning service so I had the supplies to clean the room myself. The bed was uncomfortable, hotel was dirty and smelled like marijuana, other guests were questionable and propositioned me in the hallway. Very unsafe, walls were very thin. I would NEVER stay here again.

The breakfast was surprisingly good, and there were a number of choices which were made freshly in the kitchen, just like home. . The staff was warm and gracious as well.
We would have liked more coffe/tea and paper cups for the coffee machine. However, when there was a problem, or need for something (like clean towels), a staff member brought it immediately.

valet service was slow. air conditioning was mislabeled had issues with temperature. The Cafe’s working hours was extremely limited 6-11 AM only. The Drawers were not aligned correctly.
I didn’t like that the only option was to Valet Park for $25 daily. there was no option to self park since there was no hotel parking.
