There was no Breakfast. The reception was hot no air-conditioning. The room hall way has a smell. Very disappointed.

The fact that booking never said anything about the deposit of a 100 dollars

I booked this on booking.com which I have done in the past. I get there and they run my bank card he said declined they ran my credit card he said decline. It was a little embarrassing and frustrating. I was going there for one night bc ac went out. I just left and went to another hotel and sure enough my bank card went through. That hotel needs to get people that work at night and know what they are doing.

everything was closed (pool and the restaurant) no snacks down stairs . Covid was more than 2 years ago . there was also a $100 holding fee on top of the regular rate . you do get the 100 back after 2 days

They charged my card before I checked in . The room smelled like mold, no hot water. The guess where cursing and shouting in the hallways through the night. Our room had a roach in it.
