Our room was a Queen suite and had a ton of amenities, including a full mini kitchen with utensils. Overall, the room was quite clean. Breakfast was amazing with many different hot entree options....eggs, hash browns, bacon, pancakes and make your own breakfast burritos.

The mattress on the sofa bed was stained and there were no linens or pillows in the room to make up the bed, should one of us had decided to sleep there (we didn't).

A very nice hotel with comfortable rooms and very friendly staff.

The pool closed at 8pm.

Gorgeous. Fieldstone fireplace in the common area. I have never had such an offering for breakfast, except in Italy. It doesn't compare to that, but it was very, very good. The room in our Queen Suite was clean, spacious and looked good as it was fairly recently redone. The lounger on the sofa under the lamp showed wear though. But, the VALUE we received for our money was bar none! It's a really nice place to stay for the night!

That I didn't get a chance to use the pool.

Not the same as it looks online. Per in the hallways, uncontrollable dogs, poor customer service. Hotel/rooms are very outdated. Tv is too small and is definitely not worth the price nor $150 deposit

Room is spacious. Kitchen contains all necessary complements. Laundry is complimentary.

Breakfast doesn't offer variety. Stay for more than two days and it monotonous. No fresh vegetables - at least some sliced cucumber should be available.

I didn’t like the fact that if someone was in the bed the light from the restroom was a disturbance.

I was double charged for my stay. Total should have been approximately $636. Was charged $1700. Staff very non compassionate about their error. Have many excuses as to why it happened. When we became upset about a charge of a significant about of money the manager Shirley called the police. We left the property traveling with 2 small children in search for somewhere else to stay at the last minute all because of the hotels staff mistake that they didn’t care to rectify. We were miles away from home, traveled to Atlanta from Austin, Tx. 2nd- the water was off from 9am-4pm. We weren’t notified until we checked in that the water would be off the next day. We were given a gallon of water at check in and sent on our way to survive without water on “VACATION” for the better part of the day. This should have been communicated in advance so that we could have made the decision to stay in those conditions. I WILL NEVER UTILIZE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!!!!!!

The rooms were very spacious. The staff was wonderful. Erica, Amira, and Rashid were all so kind and polite during my recent stay.

The couch in my room was very old and discolored. It definitely needs to be replaced. Overall it was a great stay.

did not get room we booked and hotel blamed it on booking.com hotel is run down, moldy vents, toilet dripped all night, dogs barking all hours didn’t let us know they would be turning off the water for 3 days until after we checked in, should have been sent to us well ahead of time so we could have cancelled and found a better place. towels were stained

This was a really nice hotel and both the lady and gentlemen at the front desk was super nice. The gentleman greeted us everytime we left the hotel and came back in. The breakfast was pretty good would of been better if they offered a meat on the bar no sausage bacon or nothing.. The pool wasn’t open the kids was disappointed about that. But overall everything was great!
