That it’s like an apartment
That we had to clean some walls

It was great having a full size refrigerator and replenishment of towels daily due to have two baseball players getting sweaty and dirty every day and taking multiple showers! Two rooms was nice also cause I could send them to bed and continue working if needed.
No waffle maker! 😊

Cockroach in public bathroom. I checked out same day and didn't get settled in to new hotel until 10pm.
I was expecting full refund minus one night.
Stench in hallway...carpets need cleaning.

I liked the location
The room wasn’t clean the room was also outdated and the refrigerator was old rusted and mildew

I liked the design of the rooms and enjoyed having access to a kitchen. The breakfast was okay.
I requested our rooms to be on the first floor, even the second floor. Our rooms were on the fourth floor. I know you can't guarantee requests, but it doesn't seem like your staff even tried. I have sever back pains which are worst when I have to walk up and down stairs. I am severely claustrophobic and cannot get into elevators. I just don't feel like your staff showed any empathy towards my situation. Even if they could have given me my room on a lower level and the other room could have been on any floor, it would have been better than being on the fourth floor. It really took away from enjoying the property.

The breakfast was nice and the location was perfect for our vacation. The beds were comfy.
The room we stayed in smelled like mildew and mold. The carpet was STICKY. The room was dimly lit.

Our room was a Queen suite and had a ton of amenities, including a full mini kitchen with utensils. Overall, the room was quite clean. Breakfast was amazing with many different hot entree options....eggs, hash browns, bacon, pancakes and make your own breakfast burritos.
The mattress on the sofa bed was stained and there were no linens or pillows in the room to make up the bed, should one of us had decided to sleep there (we didn't).

Gorgeous. Fieldstone fireplace in the common area.
I have never had such an offering for breakfast, except in Italy. It doesn't compare to that, but it was very, very good.
The room in our Queen Suite was clean, spacious and looked good as it was fairly recently redone. The lounger on the sofa under the lamp showed wear though.
But, the VALUE we received for our money was bar none! It's a really nice place to stay for the night!
That I didn't get a chance to use the pool.

Close to the mall and lots of near by local stores
Not the same as it looks online.
Per in the hallways, uncontrollable dogs, poor customer service. Hotel/rooms are very outdated. Tv is too small and is definitely not worth the price nor $150 deposit

Room is spacious. Kitchen contains all necessary complements.
Laundry is complimentary.
Breakfast doesn't offer variety. Stay for more than two days and it monotonous. No fresh vegetables - at least some sliced cucumber should be available.
