The staff was very professional and polite. There was a family reunion and they made sure I was placed away from the group. The rooms were very clean, and I felt comfortable in the room.

I called down to the desk to extend my stay. She put me on hold to find out more and never came back to the phone.

The staff that I interacted with (just the receptionist) was friendly. The overall walk to my room showed it was a clean facility (from what I saw.) The room appeared clean. The bed was comfortable.

When I arrived, a couple was "shopping" in their little kiosk area and I was told I had to wait for them to finish before being checked in (?) I found this somewhat bizarre. I awkwardly stood there and watched them shop, taking their sweet time choosing a wine, etc. Finally they finished and I could check in. The wallpaper in the bathroom had split apart at a seam (prior to my arrival), creating about a 6+" pucker exposing the bare wall beneath. There were some hardened glue drips at the bottom of the seam, so it appeared to have been attempted to be previously repaired. The biggest problem was that there was a police car with its lights flashing near the front of the hotel. No big deal. But then when I wanted to sleep, it's lights were flashing in a blue and white light show in the room. I went to the window to draw the curtains, but they were decorative and couldn't be drawn. So, I tried to pull down the shade, but that appeared to be decorative as well and couldn't be pulled down. There was just a mesh overlay to the window which didn't help. So, the lights flashed for several hours and it wasn't until the wee hours of the morning that the lights stopped and I could sleep. Hotel is far from the airport! It was almost $70 Uber ride one way.

The hotel is in a good location and is a quite area.

They need to update all the wood in the hotel. It is old furniture that's need to be updated and deep clean the chairs.

Loved the location. The breakfast was excellent, especially on Sunday. The staff was very friendly & polite. The water pressure was amazing!! The tub was plenty big.

The bed was uncomfortable, it was hard. The swimming pool was small. The ac wasn't cooling well.
