The breakfast options and the private lounge access were wonderful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Although we didn't use the shuttle service, we thought that was really convenient to have that option.
The rooms and hallways need to be updated. The bed was squeaky and the furniture was outdated. Upon entry of the facility looks very upscale but the rooms did not show the same.

The location and the hotel inside is beautiful.
Bathrooms in the room needs to be updated and the shower doesn't get hot. The pool area needs maintenance and upgrades as well

Loved everything about this place. Great location, nice restaurant, pool, and gym.
The staff during the afternoon could up their professional game, other than that everything was perfect.

The convenience of everything. Rooms were really nice and clean, bathroom was nice as well. Very comfortable stay.
No issue with property, one staff member was a little mean when I had a question about breakfast other than that incident all was well…

The staff was so friendly especially a overnight manager Ms.Tonya my husband and I was in a wreck while out getting food I was ready to leave back for Arkansas. She was so sweet her kindness was what I needed!

The hotel is huge with lots of activity . Feels vibrant. Comfortable beds
The reception overhead lights need deep cleaned. I’m untidy and even I noticed it. If there was a step ladder I would have climbed up and done it myself. But I was jet lagged.

I placed my order for breakfast at 9:30 and didn’t receive it until 12. They ran out of ham and didn’t advise me of that until I called. Then they called me back stating they misplaced my ticket and needed me to give them my order again.

The pool area and Lobby were nice.
The rooms need to be updated. It just didn't look/feel like what I expected from Marriott. Thank God for the Morning front desk people because the overnight girl was rude.

Hot in the room and the toilets were not working had to change to 3 different rooms while I was there just for the weekend

the room was clean the facility was nice and clean bed was comfortable overall the best place I’ve stayed in a while I will definitely be booking again. They accommodated me well when another near by hotel canceled my reservation after I had drove 2 hrs from another city the staff was amazing
