the staff (Quency) was a great help, they tried to solve the problem as much as they can.

Unavailable crib for my baby in the entire hotel, not so clean room and some broken items in the room.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was good, and there was a nice variety. The staff was very pleasant and helpful!

I would have liked if the bed was made, and the towels were replaced. We nearly ran out of toilet paper in the short time we were there.

Both the Kitchen and bathroom sink were clogged and it took awhile before the water would drain out. Also the garbage disposal was seized and didn't work

It’s a fantastic hotel, especially when we have to travel with just carry-on because of this summer’s crazy flight traffic, with missing check-in luggage, flight cancellations. Staybridge Suite’s free laundry (do-it-yourself) facilities make our pack-light way of traveling so easy. It’s a very safe area with a well designed kitchenette. It just feel like home away from home. We had a great time touring D.C. Thank you.

Perhaps there should be equal amount of washers and dryers so we don’t have to wait for too long.

The hotel was great. Very comfortable. I was impressed with the room and all it had to offer. The staff were great.

There were ants in the room, and not a lot of water pressure in the shower.

Nice stay - clean hotel. Amenities were good. Room are a good size. Area in the surrounding is beautiful.

Bathrooms are small. Bathroom door was not functioning, but not a big deal.

Desk clerk was very nice- believe her name was Jaqueline. She was great!

I loved the calmness of the location. Very clean and beautiful studio.

Very friendly staff, clean room, fast/free internet, and close to many shops and restaurants. Hotel facilities included free laundry and weight room. Breakfast was pretty good and offered both cold and hot varieties.
