Very run down, hallway carpets smelled, pool seemed dirty - generally unkempt, and low quality breakfast

room temperature air didn’t get cool enough, brightness in room, curtains would keep light out, breakfast was just ok compared to other hotel breakfasts

This hotel is in dire need of an upgrade! The fixtures in the bathroom are rusted,wallpaper falling off,the breakfast needs revamping,milk was sour in the dispensers,same thing everyday,the waffles are the only good thing.The front desk staff were rarely at the desk,had to call out to have them show up,will not stay here again until it is remodeled!

it was a dog barking all night, loves dogs don’t give me wrong, but… i was super tired of 2 days fly!!

1st floor room. comfortable bed. Frig and microwave in room.

no safe in the room, so we had to take our valuables in the car each time. no fan in the bathroom.

I checked in and out within the first hour of being at the hotel.

I disliked that the photos portrayed online are much different in person. the pictures show a bright vibrant room whereas when you walk in it’s dark, the furniture is scuffed up, no amount of lamp will brighten the room. I was unhappy as soon as we walked into the room, sent my husband down to see about checking out and was told we were unable to do so due to no manager being on duty. Needless to say, I drove 4:30 hours to get there and was not going to stay somewhere that had no pool open due to maintenance on top of the room being dark, dingy, and outdated beyond. Usually, hotels will update websites in regards to maintenance. I’m still waiting to speak with management again in regards to a refund after being directed to go through booking since it was booked through a third party. When we spoke with booking we were directed by them to contact the hotel again to reply to the email booking sent them to initiate the refund we rightfully deserve. I’ve wrote emails to all three managers that had their cards displayed on front desk. we spent 300 dollars and checked out within one hour of arriving. I can’t even tell you how upset I was after driving all those hours. praying for a miracle here.

The location was a convenient drive to King Spa which was my destination.  The gentleman who checked me in was friendly and made me feel welcomed.  My room was clean and spacious.  The bed was comfortable.

The room had a strong mildewed and smoky smell; the carpets need shampooing and windows need to be opened to allow fresh air in.
