The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. We did not receive any information concerning house keeping etc. until we asked.

Everything was super clean and comfortable!

Pay laundry and breakfast hours were a bit short.

The location is perfect, next to many and every store or restaurant that you need. Landscaping is gorgeous and the property is well kept. Room is spacious and clean. Breakfast is nice. Gym equipment gets the job done. No complaints

We found out our Room had been double booked only days in advance to our stay. They found us accommodations but we would have more than likely found somewhere else to stay if we would have known they did have the rooms available that we originally booked but it was so close to our trip if would have been difficult to find somewhere that could accommodate our family. And they didn’t even offer any extra offer for our inconvenience.

The staff was very helpful and friendly with one exception ( the desk clerk on pm duty on 5/20/23. Everyone else was great. The young trainee, Muhammad, was exceptional! The hot breakfast was very good as were the housekeeping staff.

Not much. The location was far from the Smithsonian. Throughout the stay, with the exception of the nice hot breakfasts, I couldn't find a place that served decaffeinated coffee. I brought along K cup pods but, because there was coffee in the lobby, there were no single cup brewers. But that is a very minor complaint.

The landscaping and grounds were well maintained providing a pleasant place to walk or sit. Location worked quite well for me with easy access to I-66. The breakfast was sufficient for me.

sound proofing in a room was non existent (to exterior noise - i.e. highway and/or interior - coming from other rooms/hallway)

The rooms were very spacious. We stayed in a double bedroom and we had plenty of space to spread out. Breakfast was standard with both hot options and cold options. Very convenient to the metro.

There is a $5 charge or parking per night which is unfortunate. There is a big enough parking lot that parking is not "in demand" requirng additional charges. Honestly, it is a big deterent and may not stay there again because of the parking fee.

There were many options for breakfast and the location is close to GMU where my sister goes. So it's easy for me to visit her every time I drive up. I also like that the doors are locked and secured.

The hallways could be vacuumed up a little more.

I started staying in this hotel every time I visited USA since 2016 .. used to loved it … it was really family environment… not any more .. they changed the name and changed the quality of services…some of the stuff still there.. i was happy to see them .. rooms still very good size .. that’s the only good thing…and the location.

used to have the best breakfast… very bad choice now … so sorry for that .
