No breakfast there
Hallway had no A/C. I signed up for 2 beds. Got 1 bed and handicap bathroom. Had to request a rollaway bed, which the person slept on said it was nice.

The beds were comfortable but the room was not very clean same trash bags were in there from the last stay.
I didn’t like how when we were trying to get out the room the door was very hard to get open and it kept locking everytime we unlocked it.

The location was pretty good not too much going on and it was quiet.
The cleaniness was EXTREMELY POOR! The staff was nothing short of amazing. I'm fairly easy going but for the price and it not being clean was not cool. My pillows in my room was covered in complete pet and my parents room was not cleaned when we checked in. They did compensate my parents but for how much the room was that shouldn't have been an issue. Everything else was fine.

Didn't expect to pay another fee once I checked in and never received that charge back after 3 to 5 business days because of the card that it was charged to so I lost money

I Love the Exceptional & Professional Courtesy I Always receive from "Brittany"💃🏿👌🏿She is Always Knowledgeable & Well Mannered❗ She reminds me of a "Well Oiled Machine." She is Always Tactfully Poised 🤗❗. She Never seems to have a Bad Day ❗😉Again, I say, She adds Outstanding Managerial Service To CANDLEWOOD'S TEAM 🎯💯🥰
My husband & I never seem to have a problem at Candlewood Suites 🥰 Once, I request more towels or toiletries it's no worries & hassle free!💯👌🏿

Room wasn’t as expected and could here lots of loud guests from other rooms. Issues with the bathroom/shower.

the receptionist was rude and not welcoming. A manager appeared and immediately accommodated my family and checked us in.

I like the fact that the rooms felt like home. Nice and cozy. I actually work in the hotel industry and I was very impressed.
The only thing i had a problem with was the table/ dresser tops. It had some sticky ares on them so make sure you wipe down those dresser tops too.

Hallways and elevator areas needed better cleaning.

There was some confusion on my part with my payment.The withdrawal for my stay had been deducted from my account days prior to my stay. My card was charged $74 & I don't know the reason for that.

Rooms were very clean and the building smelled nice. The bathroom was clean which is very important. The beds were nicely made and comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful. I would definitely stay here again and I would recommend.
