Very friendly helpful staff on check in and check out, Comfortable beds, basic though nice and clean with everything you needed in your room and good eatery next door at the sports bar,

Our room overlooked a guest outdoor entertaining area, and we couldn't open the blinds as it felt like you were in a goldfish bowl. everyone could see straight into the room, perhaps the hotel could look at adding net curtains then at least you can have some natural daylight coming into the room.

Nice hotel lots of amenities very near the airport

So much nicer and cleaner since the last time we stayed there! The updated lobby looks so nice!

A very comfortable environment

My plane was canceled due to a snowstorm (while we were on the tarmac, no less), and I had to make a reservation quickly. This hotel has undergone a complete transformation under new management since I last stayed here. There's a connecting restaurant that was very comfortable and had good food. The room was great and clean, and I slept well. The shower was good and I was more than ready to catch my 5 am flight.

If I were staying long-term in Buffalo, I would seek out a hotel away from the airport where more things are available, as well as access to public transportation. Other than that, I don't have any complaints or concerns.

BED BUGS!!!

The bed was comfortable and the food at the sports bar was great.

The room was comfortable, and the hotel was nice. There are parts that are still under renovation but that did not affect our stay at all.
