It was a very comfortable and quick stay and was everything that we needed for our one night stay. Breakfast was delicious and exactly what we needed! The room itself was spacious, with a big bathroom and VERY comfortable beds. We also loved the fridge and microwave within the room! It was the perfect size for four women getting ready for an event.

They definitely need to update the facilities and the decor, everything is very dated and old. The ironing board was broken and couldn’t be used. The property is also located right by the highway so you can hear cars throughout the night — this didn’t keep us awake but could be an issue for people who wake easily.

Staff was very nice at desk and breakfast, breakfast was good, room was clean as far as linens, towels, and bathroom. Check in was easy.

Room needs lots of renovations since bathroom ceiling was peeling, tub didn't drain well, small sink so no place to put toiletries, towel rack all rusty, pipes in bathroom rusty and dirty, and curtains in room look old and dingy. Breakfast was good and room clean but limited selection compared to other motels.

The lady at the desk when we checked in had a very bad attitude, all night was not good for the customers attitude really sucked. The tv were out. She gave us mini excuses told us a pole was knocked down. There was no Poll knock down then it was from the storm. Then she told us we were the only one calling to the Deas along with one other person we went down and knocked on doors 1130 at night. No one still have power to not watch TV too many lies in too many excuses all you had to do was tell the truth Told me she talk to the management and they were working on it. We should have it back on within a hour or two we checked out the next day. Nothing was still on and they were still taking people in and not telling them they were very upset. It was a very big ruckus , I never got my points that were promised to me from my rewards that I was promised.😡

The bed and pillows were comfortable. Shower was good. Breakfast was a bit better than ok.

The lobby and hallways were filthy and dilapidated. Our room was as well.

We forgot something and called six hours after leaving the hotel and they said they could not find it. It had to be thrown out. It was my husbands false teeth. They were in a plastic white container soaking on the bathroom counter. I can't believe that when the housekeeping found them they didn't bring them down and call us or leave them somewhere like a lost and found for a few days to see if someone called for them. These our quite expensive. I just think it is bad policy that if you forget something that someone doesn't try to reach you or set it aside for a day or two to see if you are going to call to claim it. Of course we would pay to ship it to us. You pay good money for the room you would think there would be more consideration for the customer.
