El desayuno muy bueno, aunque el hotel es viejo el cuarto era muy espacioso, camas muy cómodas, justo lo que necesitaba. Hay una tienda/gasolinera enfrente a muy pocos metros.

No limpiaron el cuarto. La chica de limpieza pasó con música a volumen muy alto desde muy temprano y ya no dejó dormir.

The first night we stayed 4 cars were broken into including mine. At first the staff was apologetic and well unfortunately it’s a risk when traveling, but the next night we stayed our family members car was broken into. The staff only response was we have signs and we are not responsible. I asked why weren’t we warned that this is an ongoing problem again they referred to the signs and stated it’s not the hotels problem. Basically is you stay here be prepared to dish out money to replace you car window.

Lack of security

Breakfast and pool are good.

The staff is rude and if you stay more than one night housekeeping does NOT clean your room. If you stay three nights, they will clean your room on the third day after you leave. Lastly, they will also turn off your water heater, so you can’t take a HOT shower.

I like that it’s close to the mall.

The breakfast could be better, they didn’t have many options. The toilet paper in the room wasn’t changed. The climate felt humid inside.

The staff was very nice

This property needs major work done… from stained flooring, furniture and the ceiling to the doors, walls and windows. I am very disappointed in this place and wished I would have done more research on it. We bought a deluxe king room and it was all but deluxe…. The room was bad, to say the least. The pullout sofa bed was so thin you could feel the springs when you sat down. The shower head continued to fall off when you increased the power and temperature so you had to hold it… There was food splattered on the ceiling that apparently dripped onto the blinds and it was gross. The phone didn’t work, nor did the nightlight…. On a positive note the staff was very nice and I let them know of our disappointments and they thanks us for being nice about it. Definitely a first and last at this place…

Room was clean, staff was mostly friendly

Staff left desk unattended at night, gym was missing advertised free weights and had no A/C and was hot / humid

The staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable.

The room we were in was right by an external door. Anytime someone would go in or out the door would slam, as there wasn’t anything to show it down when closing. Also, the breakfast was not good. The eggs and bread were very dry, like they’d been sitting in the open, and the bread felt stale because of sitting out. We went to breakfast at 7:15 and breakfast started at 7:00.

I did not stay. As soon as I stepped in front of my hotel room door I felt unsafe. The door had scratches on it like if someone had tried to force the lock. When I stepped in the room it had a mildew scent. I have allergies therefor I always ask for a nonsmoking room but I never expected this stuffy smell. I got extremely congested and knew I was not going to have a good night sleep. I left and had to find another hotel room for the night.
