great location! full basketball court and outdoor area was amazing! along with the luncheon area off the lobby!

little to no trash cans and not enough designated trash receptacles on higher floors.

The kitchen staff using her bare finger to pickup black berries off of the ice and put them back into the serving container for everyone to eat The room advertised and paid on Booking.com was a King size suite with 2 tvs. What we got was a Queen sized studio with missing shower curtains, food on the floor, and unsanitary food handling from kitchen staff.

the suites were comfortable and the main entrance was always smelling good and so welcoming.

with it being a bit pricey I would of thought the suites would be a bit bigger, the breakfast was not the greatest.

The night/ afternoon s taff that night was excellent, very attentive to make sure the stay was comfortable. I believe the front desk clerk name was Johnathan . He made sure our stay was very comfortable. Thank u for everything.

When I told front desk my shoes were sticking to the bathroom and kitchen floors the attendant offered me a mop. When I sat down on the sofa, I almost sank to the floor; I weigh 135 pounds. I used the stairs to the second floor because the elevator was so far from my room--that would have been fine--except that I had a number of heavy items I needed to take to my room to finish up for a business matter. The only "desk" also functioned as a dining table. The room housing the shower/tub was the size of a medium closet and the vanity just large enough to set down a brush and a toothbrush.

Room wasn’t as clean as it should’ve been, smelled like cigarette smoke and the bathroom floor wasn’t clean, dead smashed spiders on two walls.
