Very clean, cozy place

Convenient location.

Condensation on floor and all surfaces from air conditioning. No exhaust in bathroom. No light by coffee station. Cockroach found on bed. Paying for suburban parking.

They ver clearly use AI to enhance their rooms. I didn’t notice it at first when I booked, but it’s very obvious when you arrive that the pictures aren’t just well taken, they’re fake. We arrived to what we thought would be a well renovated and nice hotel. It was definitely renovated, but poorly. It looked good in the lobby, but then you get to the room and the grout in the bathroom has clearly never been scrubbed and looks to have not been updated in 30 years. Wall paper is peeling, towel bar is hanging off, poop smear in the toilet, pubic hair on the floor of the bathroom, and everything needed a deeeeeep cleaning. It was so grimy and disgusting. We are parents and refused to even let our son play on those floors. We left and went elsewhere. This place is a $100 night hotel at best, not $260.

The ambience, cleanliness, and location! It was a beautiful place and very accommodating. Peaceful and provided updated facilities and equipment to make this stay enjoyable. I loved the a la carte menu selections!

I love everything about the hotel It was welcoming Calm and clean

The breakfast was average and the food was bland. However the amenities were awesome. This hotel had an attached Starbucks. The food location on our floor was convenient and great to have with my kids. The hotel and my room was clean as well. My children enjoyed the pool as well!

Staff was courteous and very helpful and accommodating.

The very minimal remodel. The fresh paint is still on an old building. The brass elevator looks like it’s scared of brasso. My room was asymmetrical-you could see in the angled not straight tiles and flooring that it was done quick and speed and cheap was valued over a little extra labor. The old non-smooth walls are also very indicative of how old the place is and how cheap the renovation was.
