The staff was great! Marcus and Briana were friendly and informative. The bed and pillows were great! The shower was hot and had alot of pressure. The location was around the corner from The Norfolk Premium Outlets and plenty of restaurants. All in all, the location made up for everything that was wrong.

The hotel rooms need updating. They converted the front room of my "2 queen bed suite" into a separate bedroom. There was no sofa or pullout. My bathroom floors had not been swept or mopped because there was hair weave all over it. Noticeable moisture spots tuned into rust along the bathroom door seals. We called down to have someone to look at the back bedroom tv because it wasn't getting any signal. Was told someone would be up. No one came. We figured it out ourselves and fixed it. Someone had set the alarm clock for 7am, so when it went off, it sounded like a fire truck and scared us all to death!! The indoor pool was open. My son stayed for only 15mins because he said it was too cold.

People were smoking weed right outside in the parking lot . My sheets smelled like B.O. I ended up getting a stye in my eye from that place. The hotel manager at the desk said I checked out when I had not, so when I returned from breakfast they had locked me out of the room.

Looks like it could use some renovation. It’s not horrible but it’s not super great. When we first checked in and headed to the elevator the first thing we saw was a big ass cockroach on the wall. We killed it right away. We waited to see how the room looked before deciding to leave instead. Luckily the room was clean so we dealt with it. Other than that the elevator could use some remodeling and an update to the hotel. But overall that was about it.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. Someone from the front desk came up to provide assistance with the tv. We preferred no daily cleaning. Housekeeper still inquired if we need more clean towels, etc.

if indoor pool water was a little warmer, i would have took a dip. fitness room needed sanitizer wipes to clean after use of each machine.

Room had a slight odor. We asked for tissues two different times and never got them.

The cleaning service was not complete. They only took out the trash, but never made the beds or did any other cleaning during my 3-day stay. The AC was terrible, especially during the night. It was most of the time off, and the thermostat of the unit didn’t work. The beds were terribly uncomfortable. Pretty old! Lastly, the pool was not available.

It was close to everything & the way the rooms were set up was nice. Also, the staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and nice.

The breakfast was horrible. They didn't have hot chocolate, ran out of bananas , & some of the food was too salty. Pool was closed & my party had about 7 rooms or suites. We only chose this location bcuz of pool, which was only opened 1 day during our whole 3 day weekend stay.

honestly, nothing about this property was welcoming in any way. the clerk that checked me in lacked any kind of friendliness, welcoming or hospitality of any kind.
